Excellent food, fenomenal wine and an extremely salty bill (900€) - I would excpect nothing less from a restaurant of this caliber. The spagetti with ricci di mare and prosciutto is a strong favourite and one of the best pastas I have ever ate. And my wife can't stop talking about the desserts! Congratulations to chef Anthony Genovese. And special thanks to the (I can only assume) sommelier for crafting together the best god damn aperol of all time.

Michelin 2-star restaurant in 2025🫶🏻 I was a bit worried after looking up Korean reviews on Google before visiting. My husband and I visited on our honeymoon. We stopped by on the third day of our trip to Rome, and just when we were getting bored with pizza and pasta, this place was like a ray of hope. Before the meal, you have to order water/sparkling water/champagne. I asked for tap water, but they told me I had to choose from the menu. The cuisine seemed to be inspired by Asian food overall. There were ingredients like kimchi paste and vegetables (presumably dried radish greens). There was a lot of creative culinary research. However, perhaps because it's an exotic fusion restaurant, some dishes felt a bit unfamiliar. We had a 3-star Michelin reservation, but it was a last-minute reservation due to a kitchen fire. It exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time. The staff were cheerful and friendly, making for a pleasant meal. We made a reservation for 7:30, but it was finished by 10:30. As expected from our impatient Korean nature, I felt it was a bit slow. I was extremely fatigued from the trip. I struggled with fatigue the entire time I was eating.

Amazing restaurant win lovely food with a touch of fusion cousine

SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE. Going to restaurants of this caliber is always dangerous because, as customers, we assume that everything must be perfect in a place like this, without considering all the work that goes into it. Our evening at Pagliaccio was flawless in every way. The cuisine is disarming; you taste unimaginable dishes with flavors that shock you after every bite. A true culinary EXPERIENCE that I recommend to everyone. A special mention also goes to all the waiting staff, who were always punctual, attentive, and courteous. Sometimes in these places, service can be overly formal, almost embarrassing. Here, we truly felt at home and pampered. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

An unforgettable experience from start to finish. The welcome was impeccable: the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and immediately put you at ease. Each course was a small masterpiece, meticulously crafted, from presentation to flavor balance. The constant pursuit of perfection and the desire to surprise guests with original and never boring pairings are clearly evident. The wine list is extensive and refined, with options that perfectly complement each dish. The elegant yet understated atmosphere contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such a harmonious blend of creativity, quality, and professionalism.

Was awesome one of the best dínners in my life!

This 2-star Michelin restaurant, a MEMBER OF LES GRANDES TABLES DU MONDE, truly impressed us. We opted for a 14-course meal with wine and alcohol pairing, and it was an incredible experience! To start with we had a restaurant within restaurant experience having the whole room all to ourselves. The food was so creatively presented and unlike anything that we’ve ever tasted anywhere else in the world dinner lasted almost 4 hours and it was such a beautiful experience.

Gastronomy with character, expressive like an opera.

We went for dinner and opted for the MODE XL forty menu. The atmosphere was refined, and the wait staff was friendly and professional. The only slight oversight was when serving the "II Atto" (Act II), when the radish was presented to us as radicchio. Overall, I enjoyed the food. Some dishes were truly fabulous ("A Shrimp at the Amusement Park," "Intensity of Flavors," and "Lamb"), while others didn't convince me ("Act II" and "Catch of the Day"). Throughout the tasting menu, I found Asian influences and bitter herbs too prevalent, appearing in almost all the salads, in one of the first courses ("Cavalli"), and finally in the first dessert. The real flaw, which I couldn't accept, was finding a hair in the "La Dolce Clara" dish (pictured). I pointed this out immediately after the dish was served, and the wait staff promptly replaced it and apologized. This was hardly acceptable in a Michelin-starred restaurant. I left the restaurant feeling disappointed, and despite the apologies, I remained.
