I spent a memorable evening with my daughter at Il pagliaccio. The food was excellent and engaging, every one of the 10 dishes came with a captivating presentation and a unique taste. I will remember for a very long time the puntarelle, the “hemp and poppy” dish and the desserts. The service was also excellent, all personnel were very attentive to our needs but never overwhelming. Recommended!

An Unforgettable Dining Experience! Yesterday, my son and I had the privilege of dining at Il Pagliaccio restaurant, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We chose the 10-course tasting menu with the enchanting name “Circus.” From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the chef himself, who exuded kindness and enthusiasm. The staff who attended to us were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. The charming ladies with bright eyes and radiant smiles guided us through each dish, explaining every masterpiece in exquisite detail. The wine list was nothing short of luxurious, featuring an impressive selection from around the world. As for the dishes themselves, they were nothing less than a gastronomic explosion! Each small plate was a symphony of flavors, offering intricate taste notes and delightful aftertastes that left us in awe. Every bite was a masterpiece, and we were utterly captivated by the creativity and precision of the cuisine. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of restaurant for our short one-day trip to Rome. It's not the first time I've eaten in a starred restaurant. Great experience, nothing to complain about. The dishes are excellent and full of research. More than complete wine list. Comfortable environment and extremely friendly staff.

It was the first time we enjoyed an experience like this, and we found it impressive! The attention, the exclusivity of each dish with each explanation and the subtlety of each detail, truly enriching and wonderful. It has made us travel through each dish, through each smell. Location accogliente, quasi orientaleggiante. Vieni accolto e trasportato in un viaggio di sapori e profumi che ti stupiranno. Cameriere gentilissime educate competenti. Viene curato ogni dettaglio senza creare però un ambiente snob e freddo. Le ragazze sono accoglienti e simpatiche anche nella spiegazione di ogni singola portata. 10 piatti che ti trasportano in un mondo quasi irreale. Un regalo graditissimo

El servicio fue ejemplar, la comida fue exquisitamente presentada, pero nunca tuvimos ese momento ¡guau! donde el sabor simplemente te dejó boquiabierto que hemos tenido la suerte de experimentar en algunos otros restaurantes con estrellas Michelin. Eso puede deberse a preferencias personales. No soy muy fan del regaliz y los dos dudamos en probar el cerebro (hay que reconocer que estaba delicioso). Pero los platos de pescado en el menú degustación de 10 platos eran absolutamente extraños y la carne de res era la porción más pequeña que he visto (dos cortadores delgados). También muchos de los platos se sirvieron tibia en lugar de caliente. El plato de pasta (cerdo no el de pescado) era de lejos el mejor en nuestra opinión. Realmente quería ser sorprendido, pero me quedé sintiendo que algo faltaba.
