Whoever is posting less than 5 stars is out of their minds. I've been in Michelin restaurants all around the world, from NYC, to Brazil, to Rome, to Australia. This is simply one of the best in the world! Stop whatever you're doing and try to get a table at Il Paggliacio (email them!). You're welcome btw

The sensory, olfactory, and taste experience was adequate for the level. I found some of the pairings, including the wine, a bit tight, but my companion didn't.

Excellent food, fenomenal wine and an extremely salty bill (900€) - I would excpect nothing less from a restaurant of this caliber. The spagetti with ricci di mare and prosciutto is a strong favourite and one of the best pastas I have ever ate. And my wife can't stop talking about the desserts! Congratulations to chef Anthony Genovese. And special thanks to the (I can only assume) sommelier for crafting together the best god damn aperol of all time.

Michelin 2-star restaurant in 2025🫶🏻 I was a bit worried after looking up Korean reviews on Google before visiting. My husband and I visited on our honeymoon. We stopped by on the third day of our trip to Rome, and just when we were getting bored with pizza and pasta, this place was like a ray of hope. Before the meal, you have to order water/sparkling water/champagne. I asked for tap water, but they told me I had to choose from the menu. The cuisine seemed to be inspired by Asian food overall. There were ingredients like kimchi paste and vegetables (presumably dried radish greens). There was a lot of creative culinary research. However, perhaps because it's an exotic fusion restaurant, some dishes felt a bit unfamiliar. We had a 3-star Michelin reservation, but it was a last-minute reservation due to a kitchen fire. It exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time. The staff were cheerful and friendly, making for a pleasant meal. We made a reservation for 7:30, but it was finished by 10:30. As expected from our impatient Korean nature, I felt it was a bit slow. I was extremely fatigued from the trip. I struggled with fatigue the entire time I was eating.

SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE. Going to restaurants of this caliber is always dangerous because, as customers, we assume that everything must be perfect in a place like this, without considering all the work that goes into it. Our evening at Pagliaccio was flawless in every way. The cuisine is disarming; you taste unimaginable dishes with flavors that shock you after every bite. A true culinary EXPERIENCE that I recommend to everyone. A special mention also goes to all the waiting staff, who were always punctual, attentive, and courteous. Sometimes in these places, service can be overly formal, almost embarrassing. Here, we truly felt at home and pampered. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The constant pursuit of perfection and the desire to surprise guests with original and never boring pairings are clearly evident. The wine list is extensive and refined, with options that perfectly complement each dish. The elegant yet understated atmosphere contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such a harmonious blend of creativity, quality, and professionalism.
