Con tutto il rispetto per i ristoranti stellati romani, questo è quello che più ci ha stupito con i suoi accostamenti azzardati ma incredibilmente armoniosi. Capace di stupire anche con piatti dall'apparente semplicità disarmante ma con un gusto esplosivo ed elegante.

One of a kind experience! I gave my husband a dinner as a wedding present and I couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was fantastic from the welcome, to the attention to detail, the excellent food, even the combinations. Compliments!

I have been to this wonderful restaurant twice... Elegant and private environment, trained and kind staff, the journey that the chef takes you through with his dishes is surreal... you have to try... we will definitely see each other again.

The stewed rice tastes chewy. Accompanied by thorough pumping🦑 Every bite is delicious. The veal steak is super delicious and the meat is super tender. Desserts are average

It is a culinary journey of a very high level, the chef is an artist. Magnificent wine list, gifted sommelier. Very professional and charming team. Unique moment, to discover if you haven't been there yet. We'll see you soon to the chef :)

Here you don't just come to eat... here you have an experience... and experiences with E come at a price... but I can say that I discovered that I had taste buds in my mouth that were activated for the first time in 42 years… that said. We chose the intermediate menu and it was a journey through the Chef's historic dishes…

Ristoro Santa Gemma

15/08/2024: A pleasant surprise. It has become one of my favorite restaurants in the area. We took a raw fish for 2, the fish feels fresh and good. It has a really interesting menu. We were served by Lorenzo who was professional, good and friendly. I highly recommend it.
29/07/2024: Midweek dinner based on fish, not a huge menu but what we ate was good, honest prices.
