Very good and crispy pizza, excellent ingredients... we really enjoyed it! Absolutely reasonable prices (a slice of Margherita is €4.50). Simple service, with young staff. The atmosphere is a bit chilly, but clean.

The pizza by the slice was fantastic. Well-leavened and super crispy. My only complaint: I'd prefer a sweeter tomato flavor. As for desserts, it's best to skip them 😉 I recommend eating on site.

I remembered "il padellone," the historic one in the center of Vimercate. Times change and we have to adapt, so... modern location, seating, great staff... Everything changes, but the pizza is still as good as it used to be. Recommended!

I went to Il Padellone one of these evenings with some friends. The place was welcoming and the service excellent, but there are only three things to note/adjustments/flaws: - 1) The pizza is good, but not all are topped with the same amount of ingredients. - 2) It's inconceivable that at 9 pm, with a second serving, the desserts are sold out and there aren't any for customers craving something sweet. - 3) I understand that a certain brand of "amaro" is missing, but by the third request, all the other "amaro"s were also sold out. Otherwise, nothing to say.

Storica Pizzeria nel cuore di Vimercate Pizza veramente molto buona e soprattutto con ingredienti di prima qualità per me la migliore di Vimercate Ampio ristorante su 2 piani e con parte esterna utilizzata soprattutto d estate Personale molto alla mano ma soprattutto gentile e simpatico

13/10/2025: The location is beautiful, the place is charming and well-kept. The tables are spaced well apart, at least the ones we were sitting at. To avoid the typical Saturday night crowds, I opted for Sunday dinner; when we arrived (7:45 PM), the place was half-empty and fairly quiet. As for the food: overall, I can't say I had a bad meal. The scialatielli were good, but other dishes were average; for example, I found the grilled prawns rather bland. The price was fair, and the ingredients were good quality. Honestly, I wouldn't go back; there wasn't a single dish that really wowed me.
12/10/2025: Very beautiful, well-kept, and elegant location. The food is good; I recommend the parmigiana as an appetizer! Delicious!
