A classic Piedmontese trattoria, just like it used to be, BUT of a high standard! Warm and family atmosphere immersed in the city center. Menu full of typical dishes such as finanziera and veal with tuna sauce, which I highly recommend accompanied by agnolotti with roast sauce and... zabaglione! A magical place to return to.

Dinner on 12/28/2024 possibility of à la carte menu or tasting menu. We opted for the à la carte menu. Excellent dishes, excellent service, very welcoming place. Excellent quality/price by choosing between 1 starter, 1 first course or 1 second course including dessert and 1 bottle of wine, the price is around 40 euros per person. I would say 40 euros well spent. To return. Compliments!

Scoperto per caso durante una passeggiata in centro abbiamo trovato un bellissimo ambiente, ottimi piatti della tradizione ed un rapporto qualità/prezzo notevole. Servizio molto cortese e professionale. Complimenti!

Cosa dire di questo ristorante se non che non ci delude mai, ne per la qualità del cibo che per la buona carta dei vini. Siamo clienti da parecchi anni ed a parte un paio di volte che il menù non rispecchiava i nostri gusti; ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo e siamo sempre usciti soddisfatti. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile. Cucina del territorio con attenzione per i prodotti stagionali, infatti il menù viene variato in media ogni mese. Quando ci chiedono dove si mangia bene a Cuneo, noi lo consigliamo sempre.

17/01/2025: What can I say, one of the best pastry shops I know of today. Croissants of all kinds from dark to fried to rocher etc. One better than the other I roll the cubic. The pain au chocolat is not the pain suisse. The focaccias are excellent for a savory breakfast or as a snack for lunch. Even in the APE they don't joke. Excellent prices compared to the infinite quality of the products. The pastries are also excellent as well as the Maritozzi.
17/01/2025: A variety of croissants never seen before, delicious with raspberry, extra dark, pistachio, cream, in the shape of cubes and various fillings, a real goodness. Focaccias and pizzas. Truly mignon pastries to die for, extraordinary variety and goodness. Don't go it's addictive.
