31/10/2024: Finally!!!...after several attempts looking for a pizza worthy of the name among the local pizzerias, I finally found it. So far I have eaten "pizzas" of all kinds, unleavened, cracker pizza, fried dumpling-like, piadipizza, etc...
Here, however, we find a pizza, cooked in an electric oven (but you wouldn't think so), with a crust present, but not excessively pronounced, well honeycombed and with a speck present, but not excessive. When bitten, it is initially fragrant and then melts in the mouth, never rubbery, not even when it cools.
The fillings are also good, in addition to the classic ones, we find the special and seasonal ones.
Also noteworthy is the frying, enriched with pumpkin outside.
The choice of beers is also good.
We will certainly return hoping to repeat because continuity is of fundamental importance, but increasingly rare to find.
