Really nice place. Service is quick but attentive and helpful. The food is very good and the portions are generous. The menu offers a good selection.

The food is good, the meats fabulous, the atmosphere quiet, which is remarkable, the table set with a white tablecloth, the glasses sparkling. In summer, the garden is very beautiful, the location features a hidden 15th-century mill, and the entire interior is renovated and decorated in old brick. I've been going there for years. Sometimes the portions have been meager.

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times for business lunches. You eat well and you can talk calmly. On my last visit I had an excellent white stew cooked at a truly delicious low temperature. The service is punctual

Siamo tornati dopo 5/ 6 anni. Avevamo sempre mangiato bene ma cambiato zone di passaggio., ieri sera ossobuco con polenta e Cassoeula , entrambi davvero straordinari. Le porzioni erano anche abbondanti. Location unica, torneremo appena possibile.

09/09/2025: I've been frequenting this historic venue for years and have always had a great time. It's always packed every time I go, and I think it's a must-visit for aperitivo (or apericena) in the Sempione area, and beyond. The extensive buffet offers hot and cold dishes, pasta, rice, various meats, and all-you-can-eat vegetables, plus fruit and desserts to round out your "dinner"...all for €16 with a drink included! Simply perfect!
06/09/2025: We had an aperitif. The dishes were a bit of a challenge; they weren't bad at all, but they were delicious. A good place to dine while enjoying an aperitif.

26/05/2025: Bar elegante, raffinato, con tavolini anche all'aperto sulla bella piazza Maggiolino. Non mancano buoni pasticcini e brioches e cocktail. Prezzi da centro città.
03/05/2025: Very nice place in the center, with a nice gallery that can be used even in bad weather. Wonderful staff, young, kind and very helpful.
