A discovery! A friend introduced me to this place, it was truly a discovery, a typical Bolognese trattoria like it used to be.

After many years, I returned to this restaurant.
We were welcomed kindly and shown the appetizer buffet consisting of a display case full of dishes for every palate.
We ordered the classic Bolognese cutlet, served in a serving dish.
2 cutlets, 2 starters, ½ of wine, 55 euros, highly recommended.
The parking is bad, but it's worth it!

Excellent food, but you have to be patient to sit down, reservations are not accepted. And a boy, the owner or one of his relatives, told me that there's no explanation for such a turnout, because then "you don't know how to eat!", I understood the outrage of the moment but I advise him not to miss things like that ... Perhaps, he must have thought, the customers attack us anyway, which may be the case, but I don't think it's the best thing to hear from the restaurateur... In any case, recommended.

Il Mulino Bruciato è un riferimento per serate in compagnia o cene dopo una certa ora (chiudono oltre le 2 di notte). Vasta scelta di antipasti che evito per non appesantire l'appetito, primi tipici e non ma opto per una gramigna alla salsiccia, tra i secondi la Bolognese è esagerata per dimensione, ma scelgo l'ottima la tagliata freddae le immancabili zucchine fritte. Prezzi medio bassi (30 euro), meglio prenotare in orari "normali". Locale da compagnia, per il romantucismo aspettate...

We stayed in the summer. Very crowded. They first served the table that arrived 15 minutes after us... we still had no menu and no drinks. They also have menu of the day besides the a la carte menu.

Co sono ritornato dopo molto tempo. Sergio ottimo. Locale caratteristico.
Questa volto però i piatti erano più scarsi. Qualità un po’ peggiorata. I fritti immangiabili. Carne dura
