Haven't been to a better place for eating before. This trattoria offers the best food with fresh ingredients. The prices are very good and the only issue is to control overeating to the extent of explosion. I honestly cannot expect more!

This restaurant is perfect for those who love traditional Bolognese cuisine. There's a paid appetizer buffet at the entrance, from which you can help yourself. There's no à la carte menu, but the service is good. The balanzoni and cotoletta are fantastic, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. The only drawback: the tables are very close together.

07/01/2026: Simply lovely. When you have just arrived after a long journey in a strange place, or are just feeling like you need to be looked after, this is the place for you. Really welcoming and friendly service (even for dog Jasper) with delicious wholesome freshly cooked Italian fare. Perfetto!

24/12/2025: The best restaurant in the center I've eaten at in the last 20 years. The owner takes orders, and he's super professional and friendly. The sommelier is excellent and very kind. They offer mainly Bolognese wines, and even though we ordered wine by the glass, they opened the bottle in front of me. Unmissable. The only high-end restaurant left in the center, given that many famous restaurants in Bologna have changed ownership and become tourist traps with poor food and terrible service. Reservations are required, but it's worth it.
