What a special experience! Nando served us beautiful, unique and delicious antipasti (10 different types!) that he'd designed himself using local ingredients like leeks and greens (apparently he grows some of these items too!). We had wine and soft drinks with our food followed by curated desserts with his own twist and some tasty shots - it was like eating at a Michelin star restaurant for a very very reasonable price in a special venue (mill). Everything he served tasted amazing - he also speaks perfect English! The whole team seemed happy to be there and the other guests were very content - to see a restaurant like this full up on a Wednesday night was heartwarming. Long live Il Mulino da Ferdinando!! We're coming back!

A beautiful and elegant restaurant, with attention to detail and a pleasant atmosphere. The food is good quality, with carefully selected ingredients and local produce that enhance the dishes. The service, while courteous, was a bit slow: I understand it was Saturday night, but the wait wasn't particularly quick, so we skipped dessert. Overall, I would return; the pizza was very good. PS: I only posted a few photos of the appetizer.

Ristorante Mulino is located in a small town near Bari, easy to reach by car. It's right in the center, but parking is easy, which isn't a given.
What I like most is that the menu always changes based on seasonal produce, so you know you're eating fresh, quality food. We ordered Mulino's Antipasti, which vary depending on what the chef decides to offer: the Savoy cabbage parmigiana and ricotta mousse were truly incredible.
The pizza is excellent, light, and made with local ingredients. The olive oil drizzled on top had a wonderful flavor, one that doesn't go unnoticed.
For dessert, the cheesecake is highly recommended, and Nando's cookies are a must-try.
I ended up here because my boyfriend is from Sannicandro, but every time I return, I already know I'll always eat here. Nella, Giacomo, and Nando are wonderful people, incredibly welcoming, and they make you feel at home right away. Nando, the chef, often passes by the tables to check if everything is okay, and since it was Christmas time, he even treated us to some truly fantastic reinterpretations of mostacciuoli.
Highly recommended: excellent value for money, delicious food, and a beautiful venue. A sure thing!

A quaint restaurant, clean and tidy, with classic Apulian white brickwork prominently displayed. Fast service, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a good pizza and excellent cuisine. The selection isn't extensive, but the daily special is always well-executed.
