A few months later (we were there in March), I'm leaving a review because I found the photos in the gallery. It was a Saturday and there were only four tables occupied. The place is pleasant, not too chaotic, and the menu is certainly not predictable. The service is attentive, perhaps even a little too attentive. We were served by a very knowledgeable young man, but I find it unnecessary to rush to refill the glass as soon as you see an empty water glass, because if the other diners are talking, it can be annoying. The wine was excellent, and you could sense the attention to detail in the menu. The fregola was good, but we were expecting a classic fregola, not a broth-style one; that wasn't specified on the menu. My boyfriend wanted a gin at the end of the meal, but in a rather nonexistent way, despite having asked for a few gins he liked, he was pushed into choosing a tomato gin, without ice because the waiter told us he prefers it that way. Unfortunately, he couldn't finish it because his glass was taken away with the drink still in it. Good but for me, having heard about it for a while, a bit overrated.

We followed the advice of a friend of ours and we were so satisfied that we will definitely return! The staff is extraordinary in terms of competence and kindness. The dishes are made with care and great attention to freshness and quality. Niche wine list and extremely knowledgeable sommelier. Really good! Valentina and Antonio.

The tasting menu is a coherent harmony throughout the menu. You can see the study in the taste and presentations. In the dining room, a very well-prepared Sommelier will be able to recommend excellent wines to pair.

After this meal, you simply feel happy. The tasting menu was an explosion of flavors, the wine pairing was absolutely perfect, and the portions were just right, leaving room for dessert. One of the best dinners I've had in a long time.

How wonderful to find a new place to return to often. A restaurant with stone arches and equally solid staff, from the dining room to the kitchen. A vast selection of wines with an excellent sommelier who knows how to recommend the perfect one. 100 points just for the slow-cooked egg and the brioche bread with octopus and edamame. I can't wait to return.

In the center of Cagliari, a very well-kept and characteristic place. It offers typical dishes of the Cagliari tradition and a good selection of wine. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. We ordered mullet fillet and octopus and we couldn't miss the dessert. Excellent quality and presentation.

Das Restaurant liegt an einer der Hauptstraßen für Restaurantbetriebe, allerdings noch im Fussgängerzonenbereich. Von außen eher unauffällig und innen auch mit gedimmter Beleuchtung. Auf der kleinen Karte findet sich hauptsächlich Fisch und Meeresfrüchte. Die Speisen waren sehr schön präsentiert und auch recht lecker.

Le hasard a fait que nous nous sommes retrouvés dans cet endroit incroyable. L’imagination du chef pour nous faire découvrir les produits de sa région, additionnée à sa créativité et son talent nous ont donc fait passer une soirée parfaite. Le tout couronné par un service attentionné, précis, professionnel. On se sent comme à la maison, enfin comme si on avait invité un chef à cuisiner à la maison. Bref, si vous ne devez faire qu’un restaurant à Cagliari, c’est celui-ci. Sincèrement on touche la grâce gustative.
