During my 13-day trip to Italy, there were three restaurants that I left a review on, and this is one of them. The pasta was very delicious, the service was friendly, and we even had a wine tasting service. The price is quite affordable and delicious, and if you visit Montalcino, you must definitely eat here.

Davvero ottimo. Cucina casalina e prezzi abbordabilissimo, specie se comparato con le legnate che danno in zona dovuto al turismo internazionale. Cucina casalinga toscana. marito e moglie simpaticissimi. Gestione familiare.

It's always wonderful to return to the Moro... thanks to the delicious home-made and typical cuisine, the friendliness of Alessandro and Giulia, the good wine, the fabulous artichokes... which, as I said... since they're so good, you order at least 2 portions directly ❤️❤️❤️🤣🤣, the spacious room, so what can I say? Go to the Moro if you are near Montalcino and you definitely won't regret it. Then a trip to such a beautiful and welcoming village like Montalcino is worth it in any case.

It’s the best little restaurant that is similar to an Italian home cooked meal. Very typical Tuscany food. The hospitality is off the charts. When you visit, see it as visiting an old friend for a wonderful meal. Styling is old fashioned, but full of love and the food is simple and authentic. Enjoy.
