Excellent food quality and service

A wonderful experience in every way, from the location to the welcome, from the freshness and quality of the ingredients to the presentation, all the way to the deliciousness of the dishes, some of which truly wowed us. The portions were generous, and the price was right for what we tasted. The wine list was good.

A charming place, very prompt service, very high-quality food, and a great atmosphere (though it wasn't very crowded when we were there). I didn't give the food five stars only because part of the top shell of one oyster hadn't been completely removed; if I hadn't noticed, it wouldn't have been enjoyable. Otherwise, I absolutely recommend it.

The risotto with squid ink we ate last night was excellent, balanced, delicate, and beautifully presented. I would have preferred it to be a little more generous, but both the cooking and the flavor were perfect. The slice of the catch of the day was truly excellent, tasty, cooked to perfection, and the cod cooked two ways that my wife ordered was also excellent. I recommend pairing your coffee with a small pastry. The restaurant is very elegant, without being cloying, allowing for a pleasant, relaxing evening. The open kitchen is a plus for the restaurant and a guarantee for the customer. The owner and staff are very courteous, kind, and professional. The quality/price ratio is adequate for the quality of the food, and the wine list is excellent, along with the dishes offered. It is definitely the best restaurant in the heart of the Savona dock.

Now I understand why it was so difficult to book a table with them. Their cuisine is meticulously prepared, and I enjoyed finding a Spanish touch in some of the dishes. The quality of the ingredients is excellent. I tried five dishes and was satisfied with all of them. Thank you. See you soon.

Not to be missed for lovers of good food, drinking even with important labels. Perfect service, very efficient and friendly staff (not to underestimate the friendliness that is often missing) Restaurant dishes, large portions, delicate but incisive. I will definitely return and I hope it becomes a "recommended" in the Michelin Guide

I brought six clients to Il Molo Terrazzetta on a friend’s recommendation, and it exceeded all expectations! We were welcomed with an arancino served on a delicate tuna sauce—an incredible start. The tuna steak I had was the freshest and most delicate I’ve ever tasted. The menu beautifully showcases Ligurian ingredients, with a unique twist from Spanish influences thanks to Monica, the owner and chef. The service was very professional, and the atmosphere is effortlessly chic—authentic Italian style. Whatever you choose, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!
