Super location, impeccable service, dishes that will thrill refined palates, absolutely worth trying. 5 stars because it's the ceiling. Chef Giuseppe great artist.

An environment that is captivating and inviting from the outside. Internally a small cave, attention to detail which makes the room elegant, romantic but thoroughly comfortable. A refined cuisine, an excellent quality raw material derived from the awareness of the profession carried out with the added value of the home-made production of many products served. A capable and professional service, able to respond to every eventuality. An important but relative thing for those who know how to eat well is a correct, honest and reasonable price.

Discovered by chance while walking around Pietra. I read the menu outside and was attracted by the welcoming and simple environment. We were not disappointed. Excellent food, kindness and courtesy.

Dalla strada sembrerebbe uno dei tanti locali del carrugio, ma se te lo consiglia un’amica fidata allora entri decisa dopo aver prenotato. Non c’e dubbio .anche per rapporto qualità prezzo , oltre che ,e soprattutto ,per la qualità delle proposte IL MIGLIORE tra Savona e Alassio, Lo chef di nome é Giuseppe Auricchio, quindi napoletaneita nei cromosomi che si sente nell’intensità dei sapori. In sala la moglie deliziosa, con un sorriso disarmante ed una sommelier professionale. Scelgo menu degustazione: 5 piatti uno più buono dell’altro per originalità , fantasia, tecnica ,intensità ed equilibri di sapori. Materie prime eccezionali. Un dessert alla nocciola che MAI andrà tolto dal menu: un dessert avvolgente, coccoloso, , IL dessert come Dio comanda! I proprietari giovani e cordiali, umili ed educati. Atmosfera professionale ma rilassata e rilassante, Mis en place curata sebbene senza stoffe ( ahimè questa é la tendenza del momento) Consigliatissimo…. Da provare subito…. Bellissima esperienza, materia prima eccellente lavorata in modo impeccabile. Abbinamenti insoliti con un risultato sempre equilibrato. Sapori, profumi, colori sempre sorprendenti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
