We were lucky enough to have a wonderful time at Machettö. The tasting menu allowed us to discover refined cuisine bursting with flavor. All this with a very approachable chef and impeccable service!

The restaurant is small and intimate, very welcoming, as is the attentive yet informal service. We opted for the tasting menu from the daily Ligurian market. I must say, everything was excellent: excellent ingredients and thoughtful local cuisine. The wine selection was beautiful, with a particular focus on local wines. We were pampered throughout the dinner. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

A true gem! This restaurant perfectly combines a deep respect for traditional Italian flavors with a modern, fresh presentation. The food is outstanding – high-quality ingredients and classic dishes with fascinating, creative twists. Wonderful food that takes you on a journey not only through Liguria's history but also through its flavors. Thanks to the friendliness and expertise of the staff and the cuisine, we had an incredible experience. The only downside is the temperature in the dining room, both due to the excessive heat and the decision to keep the windows open, thus making the air conditioning unnecessary, but we gladly overlooked this!

26/01/2026: A welcoming restaurant in the historic center of Spotorno, well-established in the village. A typical Ligurian menu with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes. The marinated anchovies with sweet and sour red onion are excellent, and the trofie with mussels, broccoli, and saffron are a success, balanced and fragrant. Friendly service. A positive experience, highly recommended.
10/01/2026: I had dinner with my wife on Christmas Eve at the wonderful Monica's. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with the smile of a wonderful waitress, a key part of the 5-star experience. The anchovies are amazing, perfectly boned and of the highest quality. The incredibly fresh fish, with Monica's touch, leaves a lasting impression. The desserts are delicious...a perfect ending. Congratulations, Monica, to you and your entire staff. If you're passing through Spotorno, don't miss this wonderful experience.

04/01/2026: A typical and authentic Finale Borgo spot. We had tuna tartare and vegetable soup for dinner, both truly delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was no frills, and the atmosphere was guaranteed.
