07/06/2026: I've been away for quite some time, and the food remains consistently good, but what's gotten worse is the service. We arrive at a decidedly chaotic time, but if you consider, for example, 100 tables, that means you have the necessary internal and external staff to handle the evening, it's clear that either you've overestimated their capabilities or it's your modus operandi. Everything is acceptable, but politeness is paramount. We pointed out that we'd ordered only to be served after over an hour, and that's perfectly acceptable, but when we ordered three pizzas—two hamburgers and a caprese—over 15 minutes passed between each one, and we hadn't even asked for beers and some bread, we still had to wait over 20 minutes. When we repeatedly asked the waiters to serve us, getting up from our tables and chasing them around the garden, he replied that "there are people there, they can't do anything about it," and, looking annoyed by the request, he replied that "we had to go to the cashier." We certainly would have, but the way he said it was irritated and rude.
I don't blame the waiter for trying to provide good service, but rather the management of the place, which isn't capable of putting the staff at their best to face the evening. In conclusion, I'm not saying I shouldn't go there again, but I'll do my homework before going in and see, if I can, if it's a crowded night.
P.S.
When you're full of customers who choose you for a quiet evening, don't let them leave unsatisfied, because they might never return.
