Best food I've had so far in Tuscany. Traditional dishes, very friendly and welcoming staff, local/authentic atmosphere and amazing sunset views. Honestly can't ask for more.

We went to the minestraio for Easter Monday. We were a group of 9 people with very demanding tastes. I must say, however, that the menu satisfied all our expectations, starting from the food (strong flavors and generous portions) up to the bill (low compared to the quality). Small but very welcoming location. Restaurant with a crazy view of the valley. Also possible to eat outdoors. Very kind and attentive staff. Super recommended!

Siamo stati in questo locale per il pranzo. Trovato del tutto a caso, avevamo zero aspettative e invece ne siamo usciti così soddisfatto che già programmiamo di tornarci appena possibile. Il posto è piccolo e accogliente e la ragazza che ci ha servito gentilissima. La tagliata era ottima, servita sulla pietra polare che non l’ha fatta freddare; il peposo ben saporito. Deliziosa la sbriciolona finale.

Bel posticino!!! Gradevole all’interno e abbiamo mangiato davvero bene! La tagliata con pecorino e porri cosi buona che non ho fatto in tempo a fotografarla! Una menzione speciale per la gentilezza di tutti i camerieri che hanno avuto anche una particolare attenzione per i nostri bimbi! Attenzione però l’indirizzo su Tripadvisor è errato!

21/05/2025: An experience to absolutely try! Refined dishes with a revisited traditional base but truly worthy. Delicate and refined flavors, combined with mastery. Excellent service and truly remarkable cellar. Location immersed in the Chianti hills. Nothing else needs to be said. To try!

The quality of the food is excellent and the menu proposals are refined and particular. The culinary proposal is original and not necessarily suitable for more classic tastes. The staff is courteous, attentive and contributes to creating a pleasant atmosphere. The service has a relaxed pace, ideal for enjoying a quiet dinner in a romantic and suggestive location. Recommended for those looking for something different from the usual.

24/05/2025: Incredible place to eat! The pasta is made in house, everything was so delicious. The bruschetta was great, the tomatoes were so fresh. I had the papardelle with white pork ragu and it was TO DIE FOR!
