I'm not used to leaving reviews, but this restaurant is heartwarming. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is extremely friendly, and the dishes are excellent. From the moment I made my phone reservation, I knew we'd be happy. Thank you!

An excellent restaurant with two dishes above all others: pici with wild boar sauce and peposo. The owner who served us was very friendly and communicative. It's a shame it's so far from where I live.

Beautiful view of Chiusdino. Nice place and very friendly staff. The food was plentiful and the portions generous. We had lunch outside after visiting San Galgano. I recommend it to everyone!

I was passing through this beautiful village to visit a museum. For lunch, we followed the signs to "Il Minestraio" and had a great time. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff friendly, and the food was good.
