Fantastic giardiniera pizza: delicious vegetables, a well-balanced dough, and excellent taste. Perfectly cooked. Chef Giancarlo is truly a master of pizza: a fantastic sensory experience.

The food was excellent, and the waiter (Tobia) who served us was very friendly and polite, making our evening even more enjoyable. It was a lovely evening, and I will definitely come back again.

Wonderful pizza! Some of the best I've had in my life. Had the eggplant pizza and diavolo (pepperoni) with my wife. Started with the pomodoro umbrichelli pasta as a starter and that was incredible too. Reasonable prices.

Locale pulito, personale gentilissimo, cucina a vista con qualità nella media. Prezzi normalissimi. Il problema è la lentezza incredibile. Dopo un buon avvio con primi piatti serviti entro tempi accettabili, siamo rimasti letteralmente abbandonati con impossibilità a completare il pranzo. Così, dopo circa un’ altra ora di inutile attesa siamo andati via. Peccato, dopo un buon inizio…

Follia del piacere. Frittura eccezionale perché croccante, morbida, colore bianco, e non si sentiva l’ odore dell’ olio quando è troppo usato. Spaghetti (di Benedetto cavalieri) alla trota pezzi grandi di Trota. Lumache tradizionali umbre al finocchietto selvatico. I miei commensali sono dello stesso parere.

30/07/2025: I order three takeout pizzas. I'm immediately greeted with a freshly baked focaccia and a glass of wine. So much attention, not even at my mother's house. Thank you.
