Reserved place, few seats, so you can dine well and in the company of the legendary owner Giuseppe who also gives you the recipes of his dishes, in black and white! From appetizer to dessert Top! I advise anyone who can to try everything. Book though!

È un piccolo ristorante ma molto accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici ben fatti e saporiti come ci si aspetta dalla cucina toscana. Il filetto era cotto al punto giusto e molto tenero. Se capiteremo di nuovo da quelle parti torneremo senz'altro.

A gem of a local dining experience, featuring original dishes native to the region (along with the recipes to make these dishes at home!). Highly recommend the local dishes. It's also a beautiful spot with all stone walls and lovely owners who have curated this wonderful place. It's a must go if you're in the area

1) la passione nella ricerca della materia prima 2) il prosciutto “ penitente “ 3) i pici ai fiori del l’aglione 4) la bruschetta 5 ) la qualità delle carni 6) la gentilezza del padrone in sala e l’entusiasmo della moglie in cucina 7) l’onestà del conto in rapporto alla qualità del cibo . 8) assaggiare i dolci per non lasciare nulla al caso .

05/12/2024: From the pizza, to the side dishes, first and second courses, everything was excellent. Very nice staff. Reservation recommended.
