It seems to be a very popular store. There were many people queuing up when we arrived. The environment is very nice and has local characteristics. But both the noodles and the beef were a bit too bland, so I didn’t particularly like them.

Excellent food and arrived quickly. Very nice environment. Polite and helpful waiters. The only flaw is that the owner (or in any case whoever managed it) was so low-cut that her bra was in plain sight.

Chateaux de Pep'

14/08/2024: During our stay in Spoleto we received the tip to eat here. We have eaten here seven times. It is a small menu with all local specialties. All, one by one, really delicious dishes. Service is super attentive and the chef is phenomenal. The chef always comes by for a chat or to see if you are enjoying yourself. If we are ever in Umbria again, we will definitely go back to Chateau de Pep!

01/09/2024: The best meal I ate during a food tour of Tuscany. Cannot recommend this place enough!
08/08/2024: My favourite restaurant in the world. My Granny took us here growing up. It was her favourite spot and she adores the family who own and run it. The most beautiful spot to eat overlooking the hills. The truffle chicche is the dish I would choose as my last meal. It is incredible!
