Sempre bello. Si mangia sempre bene. Ci si diverte molto. Molto arioso e ottime distanze tra un tavolo e l’altro. Vista mozzafiato su Cortina. Personale molto professionale e simpatico. Direttore di sala Bravo!! Tappa obbligatoria! Braviiiiii

17/06/2025: We weren't planning to go out for dinner but our hotel restaurant close on Tuesdays, so we asked chatgpt what we could find in Cortina D'ampezzo with vegan food and Fvsion was the first option, honestly: the best. There are good options for vegan food and I need to say: everything we ordered was really good. I highly recommend it and the best part: you can take your dogs with you. For sure, one of the best options in Cortina for Japanese vegan food. We also had a Miso soup and the Bao with vegan pulled pork that we completely forgot to take pictures because it was amazing! Go for it! ps: the staff was also super friendly! Made the experience even better!
10/06/2025: I highly recommend this place. Ignore the poor reviews, they're utterly false! I'm lucky enough to have enjoyed meals at many Michelin starred restaurants around the world and I vouch for the Yuzu dessert undoubtedly being of Michelin star quality and a perfect example of clever fusion, mixing Italian and Japanese flavours delightfully. I also had the ramen which was delicious, well balanced, and warming. Beyond the food, the decor and particularly the attention to detail was immaculate. Service was also very welcoming, helpful and timely. Finding any vegetarian and vegan options in Cortina is challenging, let alone finding tasty ones like at Fvsion! The food was a bit pricy, but the quality flavours meant this was fully justified

14/06/2025: The food is honestly good, and honesty is a good thing. You can feel, due to the length of the wait, a certain rush from the staff, so the picky ones complain about the lack of attention. I enjoy the day in the mountains, I wait, I fill my time pleasantly and I don't stress myself. The staff is perhaps few, but they do their best to please you. Food. In Venetian cuisine, garlic reigns supreme: sopressa, mushrooms, beans and onions without, they lack bite. But it's the fault of today's tastes, of the picky phobes (breath, oh burping... all obsessed). For the rest, adequate portions and normal prices. If you pass by here, stop, taste, it's worth it... and don't be a picky one...
