The staff were very friendly and polite. As for the food, saying it was amazing wouldn't do it justice; it was tasty and looked irresistible. Finally, it didn't leave you feeling heavy in the slightest.

The staff is incredibly friendly, something you wouldn't expect in a shopping center. Plus, the pizza is authentic Romana, aromatic, and crispy. Very kid-friendly. We'd love to come back.

Yes. It's a little place in the mall BUT the food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. Wish this place was local to where we live. I would visit it often. ❤️

I went to eat today around 2pm. I took two slices of piazza and I have to say that it was really crunchy and good. Friendly, easy-going and very helpful staff. Located inside the shopping centre so accessible to anyone

GROM - Il Gelato come una volta

28/10/2025: Super delicious and creamy flavor! Lovely service. The flavors are on the wall, the gelato is covered (as some gelato purists say it should be). Highly recommend!
08/10/2025: I've been to Grom many times in the evenings and always get the lemon gelato, which is delicious. The service and communication with customers are excellent, and the Chinese woman in particular is very friendly and knowledgeable. A beautiful and unique place that you can't miss in Venice!
