This is not the first time I have been to this restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is ok. However, on my last visit, I had to witness an unpleasant scene that should never, ever happen in front of customers. Screams, shouts, etc. from one waiter towards another and the owners did not intervene. Episodes like this inevitably drive customers away.

Luckily the restaurants of the past still exist. Everything was impeccable from the service to the food. I recommend trying the desserts because the level is high there too. Better to book because it is often full.

Historic restaurant and really good traditional dishes. Excellent service, you can eat outside or inside. The artichokes and the gricia and amatriciana that we ordered were really good.

Excellent traditional Roman restaurant in a modern and elegant setting, excellent service and proposals. Simply, in my opinion, it is the best that Rome can offer.

Il menù e la qualità della cucina sono degni di un ristorante con oltre 100 anni di onorato servizio. Carciofi alla romana, carciofi alla giudia, fiori di zucca fritti, supplì, “cacio e pepe”, gricia e amatriciana: tutto buonissimo! Volendo cercare il pelo nell’uovo, posso solo dire che nei tonnarelli “cacio e pepe” mancava un po’ di cacio.

Eccellente, sia gli antipasti, che la pasta e le carni scelte dal menù. Piatti tipici della cucina romana, serviti in modo eccezionale. Personale gentilissimo e locale molto bello.

10/05/2025: Typically Roman trattoria. Low location but friendly and friendly staff. Excellent and plentiful cuisine with medium-low prices. The only flaw is that the customers are used to chatting loudly, but it is part of the typical folklore of the Torpignattara district. Try the pizzas and especially the cacio e pepe!
10/04/2025: Very tasty and very good PLV. The three of us ate here on our first evening in Rome and went again. Highly recommended.
