This is a place I went to after a Vatican tour. The carbonara and sea bass dishes are delicious. There is no racism and they are kind!!!

Best carciofo i’ve ever had and definitely one of the best amatriciana. Came when it was busy so there was a bit of a wait but well worth it.

Eccellente, sia gli antipasti, che la pasta e le carni scelte dal menù. Piatti tipici della cucina romana, serviti in modo eccezionale. Personale gentilissimo e locale molto bello.

22/03/2025: The room furnished with taste and attention to detail creates an atmosphere of times gone by. The cuisine is very refined. Nothing is left to chance. Excellent taste and delicacy at the same time, despite choosing dishes that would be very elaborate on paper. An example above all are the tonnarelli cacio e pepe and the amatriciana. After dessert I would have started again from the beginning, the dishes were so delicate. Overall, highly recommended.
