The waiters and owner were very friendly and attentive to the food and requests. It's a lovely place. I recommend it to everyone.

Il Marchese di Tropea is an intimate, elegant, and romantic restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately captivates. There's little to say about the food: it's truly excellent and absolutely worth a visit. The fish is incredibly fresh and carefully cooked, and every dish is a delight. My only complaint is the truffle, which had a bit too much cocoa, making it a bit difficult to enjoy, but overall, the experience was spectacular. The staff is friendly, personable, and very professional, always ready to make guests feel at ease. A special mention goes to the owner: a genuine and passionate person, attentive to every detail and capable of conveying even more value to this place with his story. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation: it's truly worth it. I hope to return soon.

A restaurant right in the center of Tropea, good food, and very friendly staff. The only major negative is the lack of replacement tablecloths. This means you're eating on the same tablecloth that everyone else was eating on two minutes before. What a shame!

Fantastic experience. Yesterday I contacted the restaurant around 9:30 PM, "peak time, especially in August." The owner kindly replied, telling me to go and see if she could find a solution. No sooner said than done, we were seated. The icing on the cake, besides the smiling faces of the staff, was when I asked, "I should ask you a favor. My daughter is incredibly hungry. Could you please prepare fried calamari and octopus salad quickly?" After 10 minutes, the dish was already in front of us; I can only thank them, and of course the rest. The grilled swordfish and paccheri with amberjack were truly delicious.

An elegant and well-kept restaurant in the center of Tropea. Everything was delicious! I recommend the spaghetti with anchovies and breadcrumbs, and even more so the paccheri with tuna and pistachios—really good! PS: If you ask for hot chili pepper, they'll bring you fresh chili pepper to chop and add to your plates. I personally enjoyed it, and I also drank a lot 🤪😂 In a place where it's hard to find a place that doesn't try to attract tourists, coming here is a surefire way to go! I'm not giving it five stars only because I would have put more Tropea onion in the tuna fillet, since it's the star of the show.

An excellent lunch with a sea view. The waiters were helpful and very kind. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stroll through this beautiful town.

Il posto migliore al mondo, per la qualità del cibo e l’accoglienza del proprietario e del personale. Hanno appreso da nostra figlia del compleanno di mio marito e hanno organizzato una piccola festa per lui, nostra figlia si è addormentata sul tavolo e ci hanno accompagnato con la propria macchina a riprendere la nostra all’ingresso di Tropea. Cibo buonissimo e prezzo perfetto. Da altre parti turistiche non mi è mi è mai capitato. Fantastico e da non perdere!

Prenotato quasi per caso abbiamo scoperto un ottimo ristorante nel cuore storico di Tropea. Personale di sala gentilissimo fin dalla prima telefonata e capace di metterti subito a proprio agio. Qualità del cibo davvero eccellente cucinato in modo sapiente. Consigliatissimo. Sicuro noi torneremo quando saremo di nuovo in giro nei dintorni della Costa degli Dei.
