Highly recommended! Excellent meat and fish menu, with many interesting off-menu options. Truly delicious combinations. Even seemingly simple dishes are prepared in a way I couldn't possibly replicate.

I went for lunch and recommend anyone in Orvieto to have lunch or dinner here. I was greeted warmly and was happy to explain the dishes during the selection process and upon arrival at the table. Everything that arrived was well received, even mopping up the tasty, high-quality dishes with a spoon. I also really enjoyed the dessert, where I tasted flavors I'd never experienced anywhere else. I'll definitely be back. My compliments to the owner and staff.

We received a very warm welcome from Valerio and received extremely competent advice – he prepared a wonderfully successful evening for us at Malandrino! The food was exquisite, and the wine recommendation was excellent and perfectly matched. We even received the winemaker's number so we could buy wine there the next day. Thank you all!

Paré para almorzar. La comida y el servicio eran excelentes. Para plato principal tenía el tagliatelle con trufas y el pescado de bacalao ambos excelentes. Muy recomendable.

Ho provato questo ristorante su suggerimento del desk dell’ hotel in cui soggiornavo. Il consiglio è risultato molto utile. I piatti sperimentati sono risultati un corretto incontro trs tradizione ed innovazione. Il costo assolutamente corretto ed in ogni caso non elevato

24/08/2025: We went last night as a couple. Very friendly staff. Unique dishes with bold yet well-balanced flavors. The Valnerina ramen was truly excellent. My girlfriend, who is celiac, was able to eat almost everything, including the first course. We chose the à la carte menu, which I recommend because the prices aren't high for the quality offered; on the contrary, I would recommend increasing the prices of the dishes given the quality, the combinations, and the service provided. Congratulations to everyone. We will definitely be back.
