I stayed for 10 minutes looking at the sandwiches because I had no idea what to have, the menu was very well stocked, in fact too much, very varied and particular sandwiches with different recipes, none of which were trivial. Friendly staff, excellent prices, excellent for a quick lunch.

Delicious sandwiches, I took the 19th and it was really good! Fresh beer, friendly and fast service, tables outside, music from the radio. Everything excellent! I will definitely come back

Owners: Friendly, nice, welcoming Super sandwiches, excellent quick stop if you pass by here; We left the motorway on the road and were headed towards Genoa. Superb sandwich with lampredotto and one with delicious ariccia. Excellent green sauce and bread.

Excellent sandwiches, wide choice. Some have classic combinations: the Viareggio is also a must in other historic sandwich shops. The owners are very kind. Excellent quality/price ratio. I recommend the Pugliese.

Roberto and Katiusca are nice and friendly people. I often go to eat at their place, I've tried many sandwiches, all excellent even though I love their truly spectacular porchetta... try it, you won't be disappointed.

Incredible sandwiches with many options. Came here three days in a row while in Viareggio and each different type was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful (even if you don't speak any Italian).

Panini ottimi ad un prezzo ragionevole. Panino porchetta, friarielli, pomodoro secco , carciofini e spicy Maio superlativo! Proprietari gentili e alla mano. Ottime anche le birre alla spina!

02/12/2024: If you have never tried Chef Tomei's cuisine, you absolutely must do it! The chef combines tradition with technique and imagination. Explosions of flavor and feast for the eyes. An elegant but relaxing environment that allows you to enjoy the journey in the best possible way (and being a real journey it rewards customers with a taste map!!!).

20/08/2024: A fabulous place... everything is a fairy tale, the food, the service... everything
16/08/2024: well, it takes a while to get there from Lucca but it's worth it. You go up from Fabbriche di Vallico to Palagnaia, along the valley. The place is nice, surrounded by the greenery of the valley, before dinner we also took a walk along a path in the woods. All that remains of the mill is the structure with the water discharge channels and the water wheel, the millstones are no longer there... there are the tables... we ate well, Tuscan appetizer, tordelli from Lucca, tagliolini with truffles, roasted cod. All very good and in quantity. The guys are good and welcoming. Nice evening with friends... go!... very positive.
