The paposcia at Willy's is good, the flavor is good, but there is little mozzarella or other ingredients inside, forget the receipt, receipts are a fairly widespread disease in many places in the Gargano, long live the paposcia.

Informal environment with plastic tables inside and outside; the lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, considering that we showed up at 3pm on Saturday. We took a paposcia with mozzarella, tomato and rocket and one with mozzarella and grilled aubergines, a beer and a bottle of water, spending 15.50 euros. We found the typical Vichese product really tasty. Well done, you deserve a higher score.
