A coffee worth trying – you either like it or you don't. The process of creation itself is poetry. The flavor is unconventional – there's lime, a strong sweetness, and of course, strong coffee. It undoubtedly provides a kick and energy for a walk along the rocky coast.

You’ve got to try the Caffè Speciale in this place if you’re in Polignano! It’s a rich, creamy, and sweet coffee infused with cream, lemon zest, and amaretto , an unusual combination that’s surprisingly delicious.

Caffè speciale is a local delicacy and is simply delicious. Prepared with original ingredients, the flavor is truly unique: sugar, cream, and a dash of Amaretto liqueur. Lemon zest completes the whole experience.

Very typical old bar but their food is amazing.

Unfortunately, I have to give it 3 stars overall. The specialty coffee was very good, something new. Sweet, with a strong lemon note. I asked for a pistachio croissant – there was almost no cream, and when I found some, it didn't even taste like pistachio. The second cookie was very delicate, very sweet, just okay. The service was also a bit jaded. I wouldn't go back.

The welcome was a bit cold and distant, and the tables weren't cleaned.
