Piccolo ristorante di pesce dove si gustano piatti preparati con cura, dal sapore eccellente, una frittura mista che si scioglie in bocca e non appesantisce...dolci ottimi. Sono stata ieri sera con delle amiche e penso ci tornero' presto! Atmosfera intima e tranquilla. Un caffè speciale che non avevo mai bevuto prima "raccontato" dal gestore....

A small seaside jewel in the heart of Florence In a city where good food abounds, this tiny fish restaurant stands out for its authenticity and quality. The place is really small - few seats, intimate and welcoming atmosphere - so much so that booking is mandatory, not for exclusivity but for simple organizational necessity. And it's absolutely worth it. The menu is limited, but each dish is prepared expressly with very fresh and excellent quality ingredients. No superstructure: the cuisine is simple, sincere, but executed with skill. Excellent selection of wines. The portions are generous, and the quality-price ratio is surprising, especially considering the city and the refinement of the raw materials. The staff is incredibly kind: helpful, knowledgeable and attentive without ever appearing intrusive. The meal ends with a real twist: a collection of carefully selected bitters to choose from, worthy of a small museum of taste. And even the coffee, carefully chosen, is up to the rest.

Scelta di piatti limitata, e questo è bene, perché sono tutti realizzati con estrema cura e ingredienti di prima scelta. Servizio attento grazie anche ai pochi tavoli presenti. Insomma, un'esperienza da fare che sicuramente soddisferà il vostro palato. Prezzi onesti, anche per quanto riguarda i vini!

Trattoria with fantastic fish cuisine. Great attention from the staff in service and wine recommendations. The cook is from the Marche region, the Adriatic influence is very evident in the dishes and there is no lack of imagination. Highly recommended.
