You deserve 5 stars for the quality of your food, the freshness of your ingredients, and because I've found the same care in your preparation for years.
However, I strongly urge you to address the hygiene and potential food contamination issues that arise when chefs handle the food-ready discs brought in by customers and then touch,
even with their hands, the food they prepare, as is normal for a chef to do, but with food gloves.
Those discs that people have held in their hands and returned to the shelves where they put the ready-made dishes are unacceptable.
Excuse me, but I like your dishes too much to stay silent and not come anymore.
I should point out that I mentioned this to the gentleman at the register, but he said that when there were bins outside the kitchen window where customers deposited the discs, they were stolen.
I have read the owner's response and I specify that the employees were wearing gloves and were operating correctly according to the rules set out by the owner. The problem of possible contamination of the food served could arise from the type of organization envisaged by the company for the return of the ready-to-eat warning discs... many establishments use these devices but those preparing the food do not touch them.

Today I tried the penne alla arrabbiata, it was better, but the chili pepper is missing. The picio al caccia had pepper. It's decent. YOU CAN SEE IT CLEARLY IN THE PHOTO.
The NONNA BEA cooked vegetables were decent, but the mushrooms were VERY SALTY!! It's a shame I mentioned it, but I didn't mention it!!

The best restaurant for value. I always order a first course when we come here; the pasta arrabbiata is the best. Unfortunately, the portions have gotten smaller over the years; they used to serve mountains of pasta, and now they're a bit short. I've seen several good chefs over the years, but they're all friendly and helpful.

Il Lupo has been a must-see for everyone at Gigli since they opened.
The staff is always efficient and friendly, and the first courses are always good and fresh. I've never gotten to the second course.
I usually choose an arrabbiata, sometimes a pizza; there's always a wide selection.
There are enough tables for the crowds, and the prices are always reasonable. Excellent.

A nice and comfortable place upstairs in front of the escalators, self-service style, with excellent food. You can taste the fresh and carefully cooked meat. We had excellent burgers cooked on the grill with a choice of two sides, and very tender roast beef with an onion reduction, perfect with potatoes and mixed vegetables. Very friendly service. Highly recommended!

The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the pizzas in particular are delicious! The only negative is the cleaning staff, especially a Latina woman who rudely addresses you and tells you to get up and throw things away.
We would have done that once we left the table, but as long as we're seated and have finished our drinks... we don't.
If they were kinder, the place would be much better!
