Lovely historic home, exceptional food and phenomenal value for money. You can't help but come back and come back again

On Saturday 8 February we celebrated my daughter's wedding at the Loggiato. I want to thank you for the kindness, the care in the service in the furnishing of the room in the preparation of the dishes. Everything was perfect for such an important day. I recommend it to all newlyweds.

A very pleasant discovery. Wonderfully varied, elegant environments to be seen. Recent price increases, sustainable. Cacio e pepe, which I find heavy in Rome, was delicate and nevertheless tasty here. I prefer the cannoli, very fresh, with ricotta. I will definitely come back.

It is located in the center of the town of Sarzana, Liguria. It may be interesting to combine the visit with Lerici, Tellaro, Monte Marcello and Luni. A 3-day trip that could also include the Cinque Terre, beautiful in the winter season without the chaos of summer tourism. In Sarzana you breathe history through the narrow streets, its churches and beautiful shops full of refined objects. The feeling of intimacy is felt when walking surrounded by the ancient buildings until you reach the Fortress. The Loggiato is a palace with various tastefully furnished rooms. I didn't use the restaurant, but I delighted in the pastries with chocolate and coffee. The service is labored, but the staff is friendly. I would define the owner of the place as "characteristic". The spongata is fabulous.

Gemmi's loggia is a guarantee, a Sarzanese tradition that has been handed down for generations, high level quality, at honest prices. It is difficult to find places of this level.

Exceptional tuna tartare and Marilyn coppa, starter and dessert, these are the only dishes I can recommend, the rest quite normal. The waitresses are kind, it's a shame that they are oppressed by the oppressive control of the owners, who never fail to show you all their rudeness.

Locale affascinante visitato durante il Festival della Mente. Un po’ di disorganizzazione dovuta al poco personale in sala ma cibo ottimo, porzioni abbondanti e prezzi più che onesti.

Ho cenato in questo ristorante dove mi sono trovata benissimo. E’un locale ricco di atmosfera dove abbiamo mangiato e bevuto veramente bene. Il personale è molto gentile e preparato. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
