Good food in a downtown restaurant. Slightly stressed atmosphere, perhaps less anxiety would be needed between cooking and service.

Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Caltagirone. There were six of us and we had dinner on Christmas Eve 2024, well recommended by the brothers who own this place. Exquisite food, fresh fish, good wine list, beautifully presented dishes, uncommon kindness and attention towards the customer, so much so that we returned for lunch on 26 December. It will be an obligatory stop if and when we return to Caltagirone. Highly recommended.

My thanks for a lovely evening. For me it was too 💯 perfect. For example, when you look at the service you can tell that he enjoys his job. It seems to be the same with the chef. The food is very creative and tasty. If the restaurant were at my house, I would probably be there quite often.

19/01/2025: A friend and I visited this restaurant whilst staying in Catania and the food was absolutely excellent. I had the prawn linguine which was exceptional and would most definitely go back to try something else if we were staying longer. The service was also great! Would recommend to anyone 🙂
19/01/2025: If you’re looking for a typical Italian place - this is it. Warm welcome from the owner, the chef coming out of kitchen to ask if everything is good and very good food (red mullets!). Good location - away from crowds.

29/01/2025: I can't give the fifth star just for the location, but the kindness of the staff and the top food overshadow the place which is still comfortable
29/01/2025: It's not the first time I've eaten here, but I haven't been here for a few years. Simple and pleasant environment, courteous staff. The food was good: we took a mixed starter of land (very good and rich) and one of sea, and two second courses, one of land and one of sea. Adequate price.
