During my visit to "Il Locandiere", I had the pleasure of discovering a restaurant that perfectly embodies the art of Italian seafood cuisine. Located in an intimate and welcoming environment, "Il Locandiere" offers an extremely pleasant gastronomic experience. We started with a selection of cold and hot starters (very generous), each demonstrating the freshness and impeccable quality of the fish, cooked and marinated to perfection. The first courses, prepared with fresh pasta, were a true masterpiece, with balanced and surprising combinations of flavours. Another pleasant surprise was the couscous and Sicilian croaker, cooked to perfection. To conclude, the pistachio semifreddo (and what pistachio!) was the icing on the cake, a simple but exceptional dessert. The service was excellent: fast, courteous and with extremely helpful staff, which made the experience even more pleasant. I would like to specify that I am celiac: the staff was very attentive and helpful in showing me the gluten-free dishes on the menu. They were also willing to modify some dishes to suit our needs. The quality-price ratio is excellent: for lunch, for around €36 per person, we enjoyed a very high-level meal, including two courses, wine, water, coffee and dessert. In summary, "Il Locandiere" stands out for the unquestionable freshness of the fish, the quality of the ingredients and the culinary combinations. A place that I highly recommend to fish lovers.

piccolo ristorante nel pieno centro cittadino a 2 passi dalla famosa scalinata che si distingue nella zona per la cucina soprattutto a base di pesce. Ambiente grazioso accoglienza perfetta, tanta gentilezza. Cibo elaborato con ampio uso di profumi mediterranei ma globalmente piacevole. Fore in alcuni piati il spore del pesce è un po coperto dai profumi, ma cena decisamente piacevole. Molta ampia la scelta dei vini. Prezzo appropriato

Volevamo mangiar bene e ci è stato consigliato Il Locandiere e, la scelta si rivelata azzeccata !!! Titolare gentilissimo, cordiale e simpatico, piatti ottimi: Cous Cous ottimo, pesce freschissimo ed ottimamente cucinato, buona scelta di vini e dolce, cannolo scomposto, veramente buono ! Qualità ottima e conto in linea con le aspettative anche in virtù della tipologia di locale ! Ottima la location a due passi dalla famosissima scalinata. Bravi, bravi, bravi !

Always at the top, from bruschetta to first courses. I don't eat ricotta but the cannoli was heartwarming.
