Andrea is always very attentive and his dishes are extraordinary. In Olympus there is sweet smoke.
Exceptional experience in this restaurant! The environment is very refined, with an open kitchen that adds a touch of authenticity, the furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The tables are well spaced and comfortable, with a cutlery drawer which is a really nice detail. The impeccable service with waiters always attentive, prepared and available. The dishes are innovative, prepared with well-selected ingredients, they are a joy for the eyes and the palate, presented with care and with a surprising taste. The wine list is extensive, with proposals perfectly paired with each course. From the starter to the bitters, everything was perfect.

Good, not unforgettable. Some dishes, such as pork belly and ravioli, enchant with every bite. Other dishes do not find the right solution and fail to enhance the main ingredient, such as amberjack tartare, where the flavor of the fish is first overwhelmed by the vinegar and then suffocated by the combination of white bean and crouton.
Friendly staff and great service. The possibility of having (only) two glasses combined with the tasting menu was much appreciated.

It's been years since we've been to IL Liberty for dinner, which has become a point of reference for innovative cuisine.
The dishes tasted are different from those we tried when we opened several years ago, but the chef's hand is unmistakable.
The environment is very nice and the service is truly excellent.
Also ideal for those like me who have celiac disease.
