I was about to order a delivery dinner, but then, after watching Alessandro Borghese's 4 RESTAURANTS, I decided to order from SLOWSUD, which won the show. Definitely affordable, tasty, and convenient.

In a location, fortunately, without too much ostentation, space is left for a few dishes where every single ingredient is brought out to the fullest. From the simplicity of the cereal focaccia expertly served warm where that inebriating scent of EVO emerges, to the artichokes of the ravioli which are not afraid of the parmesan cream but allow themselves to be enveloped....
In una location, per fortuna, senza troppa ostentazione si lascia spazio a pochi piatti dove ogni singolo ingrediente è esaltato al meglio. Dalla semplicità della focaccia ai cereali sapientemente servita tiepida dove emerge quel profumo di EVO inebriante, ai carciofi dei ravioli che non temono la crema di parmigiano ma si lasciano avvolgere. Servizio discreto ma attento.
