Menu interessanti, cibo delizioso e con raffinata presentazione, pane e focacce calde e croccanti, buona scelta di vini e per finire dolcetti meravigliosi di saluto. Camerieri molto educati e preparati, bagno impeccabile. Ho voglia di tornare

Exceptional experience in this restaurant! The environment is very refined, with an open kitchen that adds a touch of authenticity, the furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The tables are well spaced and comfortable, with a cutlery drawer which is a really nice detail. The impeccable service with waiters always attentive, prepared and available. The dishes are innovative, prepared with well-selected ingredients, they are a joy for the eyes and the palate, presented with care and with a surprising taste. The wine list is extensive, with proposals perfectly paired with each course. From the starter to the bitters, everything was perfect.
I recommend and will definitely return!

Risotto un po' troppo sapido, per il resto menu degustazione molto buono ( 2 antipasti, un primo e un secondo e dolce). Location elegante ma forse troppo buia (parlo del soppalco dov'erano seduti). Servizio attento, forse poco coinvolto nel racconto dei piatti

Good, not unforgettable. Some dishes, such as pork belly and ravioli, enchant with every bite. Other dishes do not find the right solution and fail to enhance the main ingredient, such as amberjack tartare, where the flavor of the fish is first overwhelmed by the vinegar and then suffocated by the combination of white bean and crouton.
Friendly staff and great service. The possibility of having (only) two glasses combined with the tasting menu was much appreciated.

Small and classy environment ideal for a romantic dinner.
The "Contaminazione Evoluzione" tasting route is excellent, characterized by elaborate dishes that amaze with every taste.
Applause for the possibility of adapting dishes to specific dietary needs such as gluten intolerance

Atmosfera, cortesia dello staff, menù vario con piatti ricercati. Qualità ottima sia nella presentazione che nel gusto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
