War mit 3 Freunden dort. Knapp außerhalb der Altstadt in einem netten Viertel hinter der Kirche San Apollinare. Kleines, wunderbar heimeliges Lokal. Trentiner Klassiker, aber die Wirtsleute aus dem Latium haben auch anderes zu bieten wie den Polpo. Vorzüglich waren Kalsbries und Lammrückem! Kurzum es war sehr schön im Libertino. Sehr guter Service!

Davvero un ottima esperienza. Un menù ricercato e con ottima qualità dei prodotti. Una carta dei vini fornitissima. Il rapporto qualità -prezzo molto meglio delle aspettative. Servizio impeccabile e i proprietari accoglienti e gentilissimi. Sicuramente consigliatissimo.
