Lunch with a friend, we were very happy. The ravioli del plin with roast gravy was excellent, and the tartare with Castelmagno fondue was excellent. So much so that we returned for dinner with another friend to try the tajarin with sausage gravy. The important thing is that I would return, also for the kindness of our hosts. Thank you.

Delicious traditional food and good service. Prices are a bit high for a small, family-run trattoria.

Found by chance, and sometimes luck comes unexpectedly! We had lunch here with the family, a table on the lake shore, excellent traditional dishes, abundant quantities but that did not compromise the taste: a spectacular vitello tonnato and tajarin to be repeated. Attentive and very kind staff. We are not exactly very close, but we will plan to return! Well done.

Because I can only give 5 stars but I would give it 100! We took a little tour in the Langhe and stopped almost by chance at this restaurant. We ate outside near the lake (trout and carp if I understood correctly). We were welcomed with kindness and professionalism. Walter prepared me the Fassona tartare with parmesan flakes and pear and calvados sorbet. A new dish that I was happy to be the 'guinea pig' for. Delicious!!! But also the veal with tuna sauce and the tartare on castelmagno cream were spectacular! For the first course we ate Tajarin (very fresh) with sausage sauce and plin with roast sauce. A real marvel for the palate. Portions more than abundant so much so that we couldn't eat anything else. Walter is really nice and jovial and it was nice to chat. He also offered us a bitter. Very clean and tidy environment. Tasty traditional dishes that do not disappoint expectations and a family atmosphere that makes you feel at home

Very nice airfield with a great restaurant. Flew there in the morning by paramotor; had a good meal, and flew home in the early evening. Very hospitable and a lovely restaurant. Very well-maintained facility. There should be more of these restaurants with airfields.
