The first courses were very good, above all the fettuccine with truffle and the umbrichelli with wild boar, the crostone with lard and pecorino cheese was tasty and the desserts were good, only the stew was a little overcooked and tasty. The service is excellent.

Couple's dinner on 12/31... a shame considering the cost of €100.
Visit to the labyrinth before dinner: the Etruscan labyrinth is truly evocative and this makes the visit a unique experience.
Food: Sufficient. Nothing memorable. Portions were just right. Some dishes were bland.
Service: the entrée and welcome prosecco were not brought to us. The waiter was very kind and nice. The service was very slow, probably due to the kitchen.
Ambience: We had booked dinner by seeing the photos of the restaurant but we were placed in the pastry shop which is located next to the restaurant without communication. Therefore, the location turned out to be completely different than expected.

We went here for New Year's Eve dinner. Very kind staff. Very slow service. Not the best environment since we had dinner in the pastry shop. The cost of 100 euros is not at all justified given the quality of the service and food served.

We spent a Saturday at the end of the year at the restaurant, very welcoming atmosphere and very polite staff. The food was really well cooked and of high quality! Congratulations...and in the end, the visit to the underground labyrinth was very beautiful. Worth trying again and highly recommended!

Since it was Wednesday, the rumored popular restaurant was closed. So I looked for another store and visited! This was a big hit 👏
The waiters are also polite and kind. Umbrichelli has a great texture that somehow reminds me of Japanese miso stewed udon, and I think it might be popular with men as well. The fried egg appetizer topped with the famous truffle is also very delicious. The truffles are so fresh and not salty!
The famous white wine is also delicious.
After you finish eating, you will be guided to the underground ruins. It's amazing that it has become a tourist attraction as well.

Welcoming atmosphere, friendly and courteous staff.
Food is an authentic experience. Quality without compromise. If you appreciate truffles you will not find a better restaurant in the city than this one. The desserts deserve a separate discussion, all produced by them, nothing packaged or industrial.

Brilliant small restaurant just off the main tourist routes in Orvieto.
Delicious food - shared antipasto of local specialties, then tagliatelle with rabbit and gnocchi with aubergines.
Friendly and humorous service.
Lunch included entry to the amazing tunnels under the restaurant.
We were the only customers, and I cannot understand why- please walk an extra 100 yards to enjoy this lovely local restaurant and its fascinating extra feature.
