We went for the Epiphany and unfortunately we were a little disappointed by the appetizer consisting of 5 mini canapés/polentas with pickles in the center which were not at all nice to look at, 20 euros, very gourmet tastings indeed. Let's move on to the truffle pasta, very good, 19 euros 120g, we tried to ask if it was possible to have a little more, but the owner kindly told me that they are standard quantities and he couldn't, therefore, I took two more dishes of that pasta with my wife and other friends, because we liked it, but I repeat, I don't like gourmet, so I wouldn't go back. One piece of advice, look at the starter again, because that wasn't even gourmet, cost 20 euros you have to put something more and in larger dishes. Hadrian's labyrinth very beautiful, rich in history.

Exquisite! Authentic Umbrian cuisines - truffles, rabbit, boar/ other game meats are all excellent. And desserts lived up to their reputation as well. The service was simply the best - attention was down to every detail - one of us needs Gluten free foods so even GF bread was provided! The after meal tour of the cave was simply one of a kind that provided us with the deep insight into the rich history of this beautiful city with its mesmerizing underground world! A truly unforgettable experience!!

The food is very good, the staff is friendly and the experience of visiting the labyrinth is priceless!

The first courses were very good, above all the fettuccine with truffle and the umbrichelli with wild boar, the crostone with lard and pecorino cheese was tasty and the desserts were good, only the stew was a little overcooked and tasty. The service is excellent.

Couple's dinner on 12/31... a shame considering the cost of €100. Visit to the labyrinth before dinner: the Etruscan labyrinth is truly evocative and this makes the visit a unique experience. Food: Sufficient. Nothing memorable. Portions were just right. Some dishes were bland. Service: the entrée and welcome prosecco were not brought to us. The waiter was very kind and nice. The service was very slow, probably due to the kitchen. Ambience: We had booked dinner by seeing the photos of the restaurant but we were placed in the pastry shop which is located next to the restaurant without communication. Therefore, the location turned out to be completely different than expected.

We spent a Saturday at the end of the year at the restaurant, very welcoming atmosphere and very polite staff. The food was really well cooked and of high quality! Congratulations...and in the end, the visit to the underground labyrinth was very beautiful. Worth trying again and highly recommended!

Excelente comida. Gnocchi, cerdo, mascarpone. Personal increíblemente atento. Las cuevas son una gran ventaja. Aprende más sobre esta increíble ciudad.
