An unforgettable experience at Adriano's restaurant in Orvieto! The waiter was exceptional: friendly, attentive, always available to advise with passion and expertise. He made lunch even more enjoyable with his friendliness and professionalism. And as if that were not enough, the restaurant holds a fascinating surprise: a real underground labyrinth, which can be visited at the end of the meal. A place rich in history and mystery, which adds a unique touch to the culinary experience. A perfect combination of good food and culture. The perfect restaurant to spend a pleasant evening. The waiter was very kind, welcoming and very friendly. All the dishes were excellent, and the history that is behind the restaurant is incredible, the fact that they make it available to customers is very nice.

Lunch in the historic center of Orvieto, in a truly unique place: at the end of the meal you can visit the fascinating underground, where there are caves with fossils and archaeological finds. The menu offers a good variety of typical appetizers. We tried the truffle egg, really good, and the grilled mortadella, tasty and served with focaccia. For the main course I choose the umbrichelli with white wild boar ragù, while the other guests opt for tagliatelle with white rabbit ragù, Taggiasca olives and parmesan. Both pastas are presented in a simple way: the wild boar has a rather delicate flavor, while the rabbit ragù is a bit dry. We conclude with a small mango cheesecake, even if the taste was more reminiscent of caramel than mango. The final bill was above average and, overall, my opinion is satisfactory.

Absolute excellence. Quality of preparations and raw materials absolutely excellent. Perfect harmony of flavors. The desserts are of a higher level than any other restaurant I have frequented, nothing pre-packaged, we are at pastry level. Almost everything is produced in-house, even the bread.

Destination for lunch, with the usual expectations, I would never have imagined being catapulted into another parallel world full of magic! Antonio, the key man, the one who accompanied us from start to finish. The ownership remains friendly and kind! The food? Well we're not even going to comment, spaceman. Dessert? And I'm not talking about apple pie. The underground labyrinth. 110 with honors and academic kiss. We will return.

Nice restaurant with confusing service, average prices, good cuisine, small portions. In its basement there is a maze of very interesting tunnels whose view is free for customers. Recommended for this.

We ate very well. Excellent and warm welcome and service. The final gem is the tour of the caves beneath the restaurant... on par (or better) than Orvieto Underground and included in the price of lunch/dinner.
