Pleasant surprise the caves of the labyrinth right under the restaurant, perfectly intact and richly decorated!

Very friendly and attentive service, delicious Umbrian main courses, very imaginative antipasti, the highlight is of course the labyrinth at the end of the meal but even without it the somewhat remote restaurant is preferable to the usual tourist spots.

Delightful restaurant with authentic food and attentive service. This was our first visit to Orvieto and we weren't disappointed. The opportunity to explore the labyrinth was fascinating too. Would highly recommend a visit.

Excellent food, genuine, cooked as “once upon a time”. Elegant in simplicity. Like at “grandma’s” house. Top truffle!!!!!

Fabulous restaurant away from the main street and crowds. If you eat here you get to visit the absolutely amazing Labrinth of caves underneath that seems to go on forever, for free.

Exceptional restaurant!! My wife and I chose this restaurant for lunch, attracted by the many positive reviews, and we were not wrong. The place is small and intimate but very well decorated. The courtesy, kindness and friendliness of the staff are exceptional! The dishes are of a unique quality, everything cooked to perfection. At the end of the excellent meal, a tour of the underlying Labyrinth is offered, a very interesting archaeological site.

Orvieto offers enchanting views and surprising underground tunnels. One of these is Hadrian's Labyrinth. It is not about the emperor Hadrian, but about a well-known pastry chef from Orvieto. Why does this historic place bear his name? Because the findings, and the underground path, are on his property. In Orvieto, this should not surprise you, it is a journey back in time, the underground was an integral part of life, starting with the fundamental search for precious water. This was very clear to the Etruscans... So to visit this labyrinth, go into the restaurant and simply ask to visit the labyrinth. If you do not have a sweater, given the cooler temperatures in the cellar and beyond, don't worry. The owners have thought of providing warm piles to rest on your shoulders. If you happen to be there at lunchtime, you can stop to taste the excellent cuisine. The aromas were very inviting, unfortunately we were leaving.
