Without further ado: a venue with a thoughtful, sophisticated, and original design; welcoming, smiling, and accommodating staff, not too formal for a fine-dining restaurant (plus points!); the food is the fruit of careful study and research, yet faithful to the roots of Chinese cuisine, also offering a vegetarian menu, which we found to be amazing. Excellent cocktails! We'll be back.

For Boxing Day, a drink with the family in harmony surrounded by the exotic fantasy of a magical place.

Visited Il Gusto di Xinge during my stay in Florence and had a wonderful dining experience. The food was phenomenal, rich in flavours and story. Our server Leonardo provided top tier service and was very knowledgeable in both the menu and the restaurant’s history. The aesthetic of the restaurant created a wonderful atmosphere. We got to meet XinGe as well, which was such a pleasant surprise. Her food and style was a total work of art. Highly recommend when visiting Florence.

From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for a unique experience. The atmosphere is inviting, making you want to try a little bit of everything. The decor, music, and service are excellent. The food is spectacular and incredibly creative. We enjoyed everything from the appetizers to the dessert. 100% recommended.

Very good Chinese fusion restaurant!

A real discovery in Florence. Refined dishes with attractive presentation, worthy of the price. Colorful and elegant place! Very attentive and formal service, yet cheerful and friendly. The staff were truly lovely, and the owner herself was very kind, greeting each table! We opted for one of the tastings, accompanied by a selection of interesting, unique, and unexpected cocktails. The whole experience is definitely worth it!

The place is aesthetically beautiful and well-kept, but the food wasn't as described on the menu (perhaps it was described too well, making you have high expectations). We ordered the €120 menu excluding drinks, a price almost as high as a Michelin star. The dishes looked very interesting, but the flavors were strange and the combinations were poorly crafted. The only thing we liked was the shengjianbao, so we ordered it again because we weren't yet full.

Excellent food, delicious aubergines and Leonardo is a great person and very good at his job.
