Nice place, convenient location with ample parking. Went to this restaurant for dinner two evenings in a row (we ate fish) as we were very satisfied from the first evening, excellent value for money, very friendly staff We witnessed an unpleasant scene from a customer and the staff managed to handle the situation with great education and professionalism (if it had been me I would have thrown the pizza at him). I suggest tuna and salmon tartare.

Very nice place located in Baja Sardinia, excellent dishes and very well presented, good pizzas. The waiter Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and polite and was able to advise us very well from food to wine.

Restaurant to recommend. Very professional staff worthy of great French restaurants. After trying several other places we discovered this restaurant and we come back regularly. The food fell out. Very large choice of dishes (from fish to pasta to meat to specialties) everything is excellent • Regarding prices, there is something for all budgets. Very large parking lot next door. I recommend 100%. Great discovery

Immancabile puntata a il Guscio anche questa estate. Subito notate delle interessantissime novità sul menu sia tra le pizze sia tra i piatti della cucina. Abbiamo gustato gli spaghetti al crudo di gamberi, la pizza al salmone e avocado, la frittura di gamberi, il polpo caprese (con stracciata di bufala), la tartare di gamberi (menzione d’onore) e la sempre mitica focaccia al formaggio nella sua versione al pesto. Scelta di vini tra i migliori locali anche se noi ci siamo rinfrescati con un perfetto ca del bosco. Tutto eccezionale, come il servizio che al Guscio è sempre veloce e irreprensibile oltre che cortese. È uno dei pochi locali nei quali non si può dire manchi il personale di sala, erano da tutte le parti. Quest’anno abbiamo notato anche il figlio del titolare, che ben conosciamo da anni, che sta imparando molto bene il mestiere partendo dal servizio in sala, sguardo vigile sui tavoli e sugli ospiti, veloce e preciso. Insomma voto 10 a tutto e riusciremo a tornare prima della fine delle vacanze!

Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questo ristorante ed è stato una vera sorpresa....top i crudi....top il tonno...top tagliolini alle arselle consigliate dal nostro cameriere kevin.....consigliatissimo....andate...
