Beautiful location. Recommend sitting inside next to window for the view of Positano cliff. Tried spaghetti vongole (olive oil and garlic sauce) and seafood soup (lots of mussels, tomato soup based). Pricey but really good food.

Visited twice as it was one of the only two restaurants that opened during the time when we were in Positano. The tuna tagliata and beef tagliata were well delivered and nicely textured, while other dishes like meatballs, eggplant parmigiana and the ragu offered some hearty taste. Service and atmosphere were just fine.

A pleasant place. We had tuna with vegetables and calamari with shrimp. For dessert, tiramisu. Everything was delicious!!! It's not crowded in the off-season, so it's quiet and atmospheric. Very friendly service.

Il Grottino Azzurro was so delicious that we had to eat here twice during our stay in Positano! Best lasagna I’ve ever had made Southern Italian style with boiled eggs and meatballs. Absolutely incredible! Lava cake and raspberry gelato was excellent!!! Mussels, Sausage & Broccoli Pasta, Pasta all'Amatriciana, and Spaghetti & Clams were all delicious! The staff was very nice and helpful! Grazie mille!

💳/💶 You can pay with either cash or card.
The good thing was that it was open in January, and almost everything else in town was closed; it felt like a ghost town. Plus, it's right next to the bus stop.
It's typical of the Amalfi Coast: high prices and mediocre quality. It must be that you can't find good food in these parts, let alone cheap, but at prices similar to Naples.
The person who served us was very friendly.
The coffee was also extremely expensive and very bad; the espresso was €2 and the cappuccino €5.

I chose this restaurant in Positano during my stay to celebrate my 56th birthday. The staff were very helpful, kind, and courteous, always smiling. The people were genuine and down-to-earth, and it was a pleasure to chat. I always dined there, and on the last day of my stay, I had lunch there. The dishes were varied, including first courses, appetizers, and second courses, and the quality was more than good. The price/quality ratio was reasonable, considering the location, which is not exactly cheap. I couldn't understand why the price of the breakfast I had there in the morning, where I always ordered cappuccino
and a croissant, had a different price every day. So one evening I asked a girl (perhaps the owner of the place, but I'm not sure) who worked there for clarification. She was always very kind, helpful, and had a smile on her face when answering customer requests and offering advice. Despite the explanation she gave me, which I accept, in my humble opinion, anyone who frequents that place for six days shouldn't have had a different price every day, and not because of the difference of a few euros, which doesn't change the financial situation of either me or the place, but it's like losing yourself in a glass of water. This place is absolutely recommended for anyone visiting Positano, the absolute best, hands down, by far, the Amalfi Coast.

I was craving seafood and this restaurant was perfect! The fried dishes, pasta, and fish of the day were all delicious, and the service was friendly. A nice touch: olive oil served as an aperitif alongside excellent bread – a lovely, thoughtful gesture!
