The grotto is always a safe bet. I'm giving it four stars only because, for my tastes, the prices are a bit high compared to what's on the menu. Otherwise, the food is excellent and the local products are solid.

We went to this place for dinner and were very pleased: the location is lovely, right in the center of Santa Teresa. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the girl with the septum on her nose who served us. 😁 We had paccheri and seared tuna: everything was very good, although I would have preferred the tuna more rare (it was a little overcooked).
The dessert, recommended by the waitress, was excellent: ricotta and abbamele: divine! 😋
Prices are in line with the local ones. I recommend trying it.

We ate here three times in one week, we were so impressed. Whether it was pasta, seafood, or even spare ribs, everything tasted great. The service is very friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable and in line with local standards. The value for money is definitely good. While you can't sit outside, the covered porch/terrace is a lovely place to sit.

We ate at this restaurant three times during our Sardinia vacation and were never disappointed. The food was excellent, the staff very attentive and friendly, and we always got a table even without a reservation (a maximum wait of a few minutes).
The covered porch is particularly nice for seating.
Unreservedly recommended! Bravo!
