We went to dinner at this beautiful restaurant. Their battuta is heavenly, never eaten so good!!! The tagliata di Maremmana really deserves to be served rare. A special thanks to the waitress Giada, very nice, cordial and professional, and to the owner who is friendly and willing to tell the story of the territory not only through typical dishes. I only have to report a glass of wine for €12. I understand the quality of the wine, but I find the price really excessive. Unfortunately this detail was really negative compared to what the restaurant offered.

Osteria affiliated with the alliance of slow food chefs. Very welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. Welcome aperitif with sparkling white wine and pappa al pomodoro to while away the time waiting for the dishes. Truly excellent knife-beaten Chianina tartare. Roast potatoes and excellent quality Florentine steak. The tiramisu to finish didn't completely convince me but I don't get along very well with desserts. More than positive opinion. Honest bill and in line with the quality of the food ordered.

Excellent restaurant located in the historic center of Chiusi devoted to traditional Tuscan cuisine. Among the many proposals on the menu, I recommend trying the Lattaiolo, an ancient homemade dessert that was once very popular in the area, but has now practically disappeared... enjoy your meal!

Ho pranzato in questo ristorante insieme al mio compagno dopo aver trascorso la mattinata in giro per musei (che consiglio di vedere, soprattutto quello etrusco) e siamo stati davvero bene. Presentano piatti della tradizione usando prodotti locali e di qualità. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, il locale accogliente e curato.

Ristorante davvero speciale che ha coronato una gita di due giorni altrettanto speciale. Gestori simpatici e personale di sala professionale e alla mano. Ma soprattutto: piatti buonissimi! Pici alla cinta senese da imbalsamarsi e affettati, sempre di cinta, stellari (insomma, mi è piaciuta la cinta eh?). Per non parlare di formaggi e antipasti vari del territorio. Consigliatissimo!
