Great restaurant. designed and modern. In the front of the restaurant you can see how the pasta is made and it's lovely. The service is wonderful. The dishes are presented aesthetically and are absolutely delicious. Recommended restaurant.

I discovered this restaurant thanks to the very inviting videos with the windows of the restaurant showing how the pasta is prepared, an excellent choice I would say. I then looked better at the profile of this restaurant, I read the menu and I read the reviews; all this created an enormous desire in me to go and try it. I must say that I was very satisfied and everything corresponded to my expectations. It was truly enchanting and interesting to admire how the pasta is made; waiting in line to enter becomes pleasant in this case. The interior of the restaurant is also very nice, everything is well looked after and welcoming. The dishes we tasted were excellent and met our expectations (except for a few details). As an appetizer we took 'Tuscan mixed cheese...' which was really good and the quality was excellent. This type of appetizer is the one I almost always choose and it is not easy to find the perfect one but I can say that I found it here and I really liked it. As first courses we took 'Homemade Cappellacci of potatoes and porcini mushrooms with butter and sage' and 'Homemade Pici creamed in the form of parmesan'. The cappellacci turned out to be an excellent choice, good and genuine. As for the pici we were less satisfied because we also ordered the addition of truffle which was not appreciated as it seemed to us to be not very tasty and not very fragrant therefore it did not give any added value to the dish but only a useless addition to the bill (obviously taste and personal opinion but I certainly would not take this dish again). The service was good, characterized by kindness, professionalism and attention. The prices are obviously not low but taking into consideration the fact that we are right in the heart of Florence, the goodness of the dishes and the quality, the cost is justified. The truth is that the pastas were incredible, unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired, I leave stars for the waiters who were not serving us who were more cool than the designated one. For such expensive cutlery, you would at least expect better service.

Fresh pasta was good. We had the carbonara and mushroom pasta. Mushroom sauce was more on the ok side, not much standing out in terms of flavor. Carbonara was good and not salty like some other places. Quite heavy and creamy. Chicken pate crostinis were overloaded with pate so the ratio was way off. Needed more bread to eat the portion given. Red house wine was good. For ok food, the service charge per person was excessive, about $4 per person. So for 5 of us, it was another dish.

The fresh pasta is good, the wild boar ragù is very delicate, the tiramisu is a little too creamy, the coffee is good, but 38.10 on the bill seems like a lot to me. The evening before, in another restaurant I arrived with the same dishes at half the price. I'm not smart enough not to look at the prices on the menu

A beautiful, aesthetic, clean and excellent restaurant, great service, and the food... wow, there are no words. The Rivolta soup was excellent, the most delicious soup I ate in Florence, and the stuffed capilloto pasta was fresh and wonderful. The price is not cheap but worth every penny. We will be back...especially for the Revolta.

Siamo stati a pranzo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti , piatti tutti molto buoni ed il servizio era molto veloce. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto per le materie prime che offrono .

Eccellente servizio, primi e carne di ottima qualità, prezzi nella media, un ottimo locale turistico in quel di Firenze
