Exquisite and plentiful food...impeccable service and comfortable environment...

We went last night for the first time. The venue is well known in the city but the live experience exceeds all expectations. All the staff are very kind and the owners immediately manage to create a special alchemy with the customers, even pampering them with many dishes offered by them. Every detail, from welcome to service, is never left to chance. Regarding food, every word would be unflattering and would not reward it enough...we can say that each dish had the flavor of the fresh sea and recalled the carefreeness of a walk by the sea. Regarding the price, nothing to say, they are fair prices (not excellent) for the high quality they offer and how they present it! Thank you so much, we had a great time and will definitely be back.

Due coppie di amici, location molto gradevole , cibo super. Antipasti veramente ben fatti e accostamenti giusti. Sapori ottimi. Insalatina fresca di ceci, calamaretti, gamberetti e quella pancetta davvero dava un gusto in più ; carpaccio di pesce bianco molto delicato mantecato alle erbe sicule ; battuto di gambero rosso di vera qualità , mare in bocca . Continuato con un primo , tre secondi ben fatti. Cortesia all ennesima potenza, personale davvero preparato . Mi hanno accontento con proposte senza glutine ( anche con del pane per celiaci) Dolci ottimi e distillati di varie tipologie messi a nostra disposizione . Da tornarci . Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto Media dei piatti , dalle 35€ in su ma giustificati dalla qualità . È giusto, la VERA materia prima ha un costo per i ristoratori .

Ristorante stellare. Elegante e eobrio, personale impeccabile, offerta straordinaria dei piatti. Qui non c’è solo il prodotto, di qualità altissima, ma anche la cucina, pensata e appropriata, dato non comune tra i ristoranti di pesce. Prezzi proporzionati all’offerta. In un ristorante del genere non puoi pensare di spendere meno di 120 euro a persona. Se lo pensi, non fa per te. A Roma non c’è un ristorante del genere. Micalusi, il San Lorenzo, Ottavio o Pierluigi sono anni luce lontani. Non c’è partita. Complimenti ai gestori. Vale le 2 stelle Michelin della Trota a Rieti.
