We are three Spanish friends and discovered this restaurant by chance during a visit to Calcata. It was a wonderful surprise! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff very kind and the food truly extraordinary. We tasted the wild boar meat, cooked to perfection: tender, tasty, simply delicious. You can feel the passion and care in every dish. An authentic experience that we highly recommend to anyone visiting this enchanting village. We will definitely be back!

A treat for the soul and the palate! It's not often you walk into a restaurant and immediately feel like you're in the right place. From the first smile at the entrance to the last affectionate greeting at the exit, every moment spent here was an embrace of warmth, kindness and passion. The service was simply impeccable (thank you Letizia): thoughtful but never intrusive, attentive to detail and guided by a sincere desire to make us feel good. The staff is the beating heart of this place, and you can perceive it in every gesture. And the food… what about the food? Each dish is a small masterpiece, prepared with love, fresh ingredients and a balance of flavors that caresses the senses. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious, refined and exciting. Every bite was a journey between tradition and creativity. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, almost familiar. You feel pampered, like at home... but with the charm and care of a truly special place. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to live an authentic, tasty and deeply human experience. A wonderful lunch and friendly excellent service. We had lamb and Peperosa (calf). Both were rich, tender and abundant. Vegetables also perfectly prepared. Desserts were all homemade, light and exquisite. The position was lovely, in the centre of the village. Chef and waiting staff friendly and attentive. We will return!

This restaurant il Graal was a great find in Calcata yesterday. We had a fantastic lunch. The service from both the waiter and the chef owner of the restaurant was excellent. We had secondi, contorni, vino, aqua, dolci e café. We will certainly go back.

Nel centro del borgo antico, raggiungibile solo a piedi. Tavoli anche all'esterno: molto piacevole la sala interna, con ottima scelta della musica in sottofondo; servizi puliti. Servizio rapido, cortese, accogliente, cordiale, attento. Menù ben assortito, con piatti del territorio (e qualche sconfinamento in Toscana: il peposo è eccellente). Rapporto qualità / prezzo onestissimo. Da raccomandare senza alcun dubbio. P.s.: ho notato recensioni molto negative risalenti al 2021 / 2022; alcuni dettagli mi fanno pensare a una gestione precedente; in caso contrario, ho la sensazione che i problemi menzionati in queste recensioni siano stati risolti.

Ottimo ristorante..tonnarelli ai porcini...spezzatino favoloso..per non parlare della torta pere e cioccolato...e quella con i frutti di bosco!!!lo consiglio vivamente.
