I had the pleasure of trying the hazelnut millefeuille cake from the "Galimberti" pastry shop and I can only express my complete satisfaction. From the first taste, the commitment and quality they put into their products was evident. The pastry was perfectly crunchy and crumbly, while the hazelnut cream was delicate, balanced and rich in flavor without being excessively sweet. One aspect that I particularly appreciated was the freshness of the dessert: each layer was well defined and the overall cake presented itself impeccably. In addition to the quality of the dessert, I also want to underline the kindness and professionalism of the staff, always available and attentive to customer needs. I highly recommend the "Galimberti" pastry shop to anyone looking for quality desserts.
