We went there for a birthday, it's slightly off the main road, it's definitely worth a visit, the dishes were exceptionally prepared, the owner pampered us, everything was delicious.

Come al solito ormai è diverse volte che veniamo al ristorante IL GIGLIO a Fasano. Pesce freschissimo e cucinato alla perfezione. Crudo di mare che ti fa ricordare le vacanze. Vino ottimo con grande scelta. Servizio puntuale e gentile. Prezzo giusto e giustificato dalle materie prime. Che dire .....come recita il titolo SEMPRE UNA CERTEZZA

Compleanno del mio amico . Antipasto favoloso di crudo con ostriche e gamberi rossi di Mazara e linguine allo scoglio delizioso. Vino lugana e caffè. Servizio impeccabile. Era già stato altre volte qualita alta costante.

I chose the 9-course tasting menu: a surprising journey, rich in balance, technique, and creativity. Each dish is a tale of flavor and territory, interpreted with elegance and passion. Special praise goes to the sommelier, impeccable in his pairings, and to the waiter, who looked after us with attention and courtesy, making the experience even more pleasant and harmonious. A place where cuisine meets the art of hospitality. A lunch that will remain in your memory and your heart.
11/10/2025: Good experience but didn’t live up to the expectations of #16 in World’s 50 Best Restaurants. The pasta in pig’s stomach was interesting. Really liked the signature “Spaghettone, Butter, Butter Yeast” which is featured in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Sweetbread - ok.

05/08/2025: It's always a pleasure to return to Marino. He never disappoints! The food is good and plentiful, the service impeccable, but above all, the friendliness and the show are 🔝. Both Marino and Alberto were excellent, and it was a very enjoyable evening.
