I've been coming here for years! My absolute favorite restaurant. Vegetarian cuisine, but suitable for every palate. Keep in mind that when I go with friends, I'm always the only one who doesn't eat meat, but we all leave happy and satisfied with the dishes. The menu always changes seasonally because everything is locally sourced. Excellent wines, explained in detail by Simone. The owners (all friendly and kind) have their own land where they grow the produce featured on the menu. They also have a couple of shops where you can find bread, fruit, vegetables, preserves, sauces, pesto, seitan, their magnificent vegan tartar sauce, cheeses, and more. The shop I go to is called Cerere and is located on Via Miranese in Mestre. In short... if you haven't already been... you'll fall in love with this splendid corner of paradise.

We came for the first time and were greeted by a beautiful setting, meticulously maintained, and a pleasantly warm atmosphere thanks to the lights that flickered like fireflies through the branches of the plants. We ordered two appetizers, one first course, and two second courses, finishing with three desserts. Everything was well-prepared and carefully arranged, with successful flavor combinations and a truly satisfying experience. The only small drawback is that if you order wine, it must be served before the course and you shouldn't have to ask for it again. The price is reasonable for the high quality of the cuisine. We'll be back. I thought it was really nice that they have stainless steel bowls for our four-legged friends to carry water with them.

Beautiful, well-kept, relaxing place... vegetarian dishes beautifully presented and undoubtedly delicious... it was lovely to see the young people in the kitchen, the passion for your work was felt in the dishes... congratulations to everyone.

Locale molto suggestivo, comodo parcheggio interno e personale estremamente gentile. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la scelta del menù, con molte proposte inusuali e davvero gustose.

Dopo ammettere che francamente ero molto perplesso nazionale in un locale vegetariano. L'esperienza invece è stata davvero positiva. Il locale è molto ben arredato, accogliente e caldo. Comodo il parcheggio interno.

24/07/2025: It's always a pleasure to come and eat at Mariano's. I've been to this restaurant many times, and each time I've been amazed by a new dish, a new flavor, a new way of working with simple, traditional, and delicious ingredients. The menu isn't overly extensive, but every dish is worth trying. The cod, in particular, in its many variations, undoubtedly holds a special place. The ambiance is meticulously crafted, with old souvenirs hanging on the walls that contribute to the restaurant's familiar, yet not overly homey, feel: the cuisine remains meticulously prepared. The bread basket surprisingly deserves special mention. Although it's a relatively minor element, the variety of crispy, flavorful breads, breadsticks, and "plain" bread I found at Mariano's has convinced me, after my first visit, to return again and again to this little gem of Venetian cuisine.
23/07/2025: We ate very well. Prices were reasonable for fish dishes.
