Great experience. Excellent food and great music. Well done. I'll definitely be back. I'm not giving it full marks because it was a bit cold and, above all, because vaping shouldn't be allowed in such a small space, given the stench it gives off.

The venue is located on a high hill, with a panoramic view. It's a nice outdoor spot with music, in the historic center of Perugia.

I went to Il Giardino with my girlfriend and honestly it was like a nice stop, the kind you don’t plan too much but turns better than expected. The place feels green, lots of plants, I mean you really get that garden vibe and makes you stay longer, I even forgot the time. The pasta with mushrooms I had was good, simple taste but somehow strong, she had meat grilled with herbs, juicy and the smell stayed on my hands after touching the plate a bit. The prices, well, not the cheapest, maybe a little high but then again the vibe and food made it feel ok, not like they try to scam tourists or something. The waiter had this blue shirt, I remember because it was wrinkled, but he was nice, explained specials and even suggested a local wine, that wine was perfect, maybe too perfect because I got a bit dizzy. Clean tables, inside and outside, I notice that kind of stuff and here it looked cared for. Peaceful place, not crazy noisy, just enough people so you don’t feel alone. I already said it but yeah, calm atmosphere, made me think I could just sit there all afternoon.

Lovely rooftop seating where i was able to enjoy the weekly stand up nights. Lorrenzo giovanni was particularly entertaining. The veiw of the minarets was stunning to the point where i was mesmerised for hours. Lovely food and food. The food was also good.

Warm, welcoming, and bucolic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, dishes rich in flavor and winning pairings. Excellent wine recommendations and a fair price. Return when the menu changes monthly.
