Excellent place...good dinner... But unfortunately, not knowing what you're eating is a flaw in my opinion... I asked what a cream was in my appetizer and the answer was that they always change and they didn't know...as good as it was, I was disappointed. Even allergies or intolerances are a shortcoming in a good restaurant, in my opinion. You could have gone to the kitchen and simply asked.
