Not a positive experience. I asked for a barley coffee and 2 biscuits. The cashier kindly invited me to the table saying "come in, we'll bring it to you. And then I paid 7 euros at the cashier because he charged me for table service. When I told her that it was she who invited me to sit, she was very rude and started complaining to the other people in line about my request. Ultimately therefore: dear, rude and also not very honest.

Io e la mia amica siamo state ieri al Gianfornaio, per un aperitivo pre-concerto. Conoscevamo già il posto ma mancavano da un po', non essendo di zona. Premesso che non siamo persone dalle grandi pretese, ma l'esperienza non è stata proprio al top. Attese veramente troppo lunghe e, fissa mia, non c'erano tovagliolini sui tavoli. E non parlo del personale, perché nonostante fossero in pochi per quella mole di lavoro, non è mai mancata una parola gentile e un sorriso da parte loro (menzione particolare per Alessandro, super professionale e preciso nel servizio). Comunque spritz e tagliere aperitivo nella media.

At lunch it is very popular during the lunch break. The service is fast, it's not easy to find a table from 1pm to 2pm on weekdays, lots of chatter inside, better outside at the tables. The wait was too long to pay at the bar and pizza section (the latter was good) and the bar service was not too friendly.

Courteous and welcoming staff. Fresh and excellent quality products. Enchanting Christmas atmosphere and thoughtful furnishings. Excellent value for money.
The only critical issue, which on some days becomes a real handicap: cold room, not heated inside.
We hope it will be resolved soon so we can go back to having other delicious aperitifs, even during the holidays.

A place well frequented by regular customers of the offices in the area. I went with my wife for a quick lunch with pizza by the slice. The quality of the food was more than adequate. Unfortunately the hygiene and above all the courtesy of the staff is lacking and quite a lot... it's sad to see such a nice place in the hands of staff who aren't up to par... a smile would be enough or simply not snorting at the cash register (the one next to the bar counter)
