Gelato served at a stricter temperature, not melty, so flavors speak slow and clear. Honey and meringue has a long, herbal tail; pistachio tastes green, not sweet. No chunky gimmicks, lids stay on the steel tubs. Cones are fine, but cup works better here. Staff is brisk yet kind; they don’t smile much, but quality is smiling for them.

Clean place.
The staff remains professional despite the record crowd... (It's Rome, next to the Trevi Fountain, girls!)
Excellent fig ice cream, but rare because of course, they're in season.
No overdose of sugar, the fruit flavor explodes in your mouth.

A true gem for those who love authentic artisanal gelato. In an area where, sadly, most gelato shops have bowed to touristic tastes and industrial production, here you can still find attention to detail and quality ingredients.
