The place is beautiful, and the staff's hospitality and kindness are certainly excellent, even excessive at times. The food is undoubtedly good, the risotto in particular was truly interesting. Unfortunately, the price was higher than expected. Overall, if you're on a budget, it's an excellent restaurant.

What can I say? A very elegant restaurant, impeccable service, exquisite and succulent dishes, not to mention the immense wine list with fine wines, and last but not least, the prices are fair. Furthermore, both fish and meat dishes are served. If I really have to nitpick, but it could be subjective because I am a good eater, perhaps everything would be perfect if the dishes were slightly more abundant. All in all, if you want to eat well and want to make a good impression by inviting someone to lunch or dinner, this is the right restaurant!

The dishes are well-seasoned and, especially the first courses, are very generous. I think they keep the name "osteria" only because of the raw materials used (local clams, arzilla, etc.), which is to say, "poor" fish.
The service is excellent: the owners are friendly and kind, while the waiters are extremely attentive and polite.
We tried the mixed pasta with mussels and beans, which I wouldn't recommend, but the appetizers and stuffed calamari were DELICIOUS.

We found ourselves in the area after a stroll through Formia, and stopped at this restaurant, a Slow Food Presidium.
They brought us an entrée while we waited to order. With a wide selection of wines, we opted for marzolino cheese, fried calamari, a mixed house antipasto, and eggplant parmigiana. We continued with ricotta-filled ravioli and seared cuttlefish with a side of chicory. For a total of €130,
Very professional service.
They have both an indoor and outdoor dining area.

The service was friendly, though a bit rushed and therefore not very relaxed. Unfortunately, it was really cold in the restaurant—we were seated right next to the air conditioning and weren't offered any alternatives, such as another table. My grandmother had back pain the next day.
The culinary experience was mixed: the ravioli, meat, and roast potatoes were excellent. The two fish dishes, however, were rather bland, rubbery, and tasteless; the salad was also very poor. Using vinegar and oil alone is certainly common in Italy, but I would have expected more from a restaurant of this caliber.
The wine was good, but the prices were decidedly too high—especially €20 for two glasses of wine, which is truly excessive in this area.

A very busy and welcoming place. We ate outside and, considering the price, I would have expected a seafood risotto with fresh, non-frozen ingredients (the usual preparation, microscopic mussels, some cuttlefish, etc.). The appetizer was standard fare, nothing unusual. A special mention goes to one of the waiters, who was impeccable and knowledgeable, especially regarding dessert and spirits.

A historic, welcoming venue with highly professional staff. A carefully selected menu featuring local ingredients, prepared and served with attention to detail. Prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the venue. We'll definitely be back.

Siamo stati io ed il mio ragazzo venerdi 6 giugno 2025 a cena per festeggiare il nostro anniversario ed é stato fantastico.
La nostra cena é stata eccellente, i sapori erano ottimi e tutte le portate avevano un qualcosa di eccezionale. Non posso non lasciare la meravigliosa cordialità dei camerieri che ci hanno servito, in particolare volevo sottolineare la gentilezza e premura del cameriere Marco.
Se si desidera mangiare veramente bene e di qualità questo posto é perfetto
