To savor the genuine taste of times gone by. The Il Garfagnino restaurant stands out for its clean, tidy environment and relaxing atmosphere.
The dishes are excellent, typical of Tuscan cuisine, with pappardelle with ragù, classic tortelli with sauce, wild boar or cockerel with baked potatoes. The desserts are also delicious, like strawberries with cream or ice cream. All you have to do is sit at the table in the very original room or, from spring onwards, on the terrace and enjoy all these delicacies!!
The service is also great. After ordering, the wait between one course and another is minimal, and therefore it is an added pleasure.

Lunch after a rafting session. Good Tuscan appetizers based on Tuscan cheese and croutons: four types, one each. As a main course I had some excellent tagliatelle with white ragù, burrata and pistachio: initially it seemed like an odd pairing, but in the end I really liked it. To conclude, a mini pistachio cheesecake and then a coffee. Also paying for our celebrated groom we paid €30 each, not a lot! The service was a little slow between the starter and the main course where it took a good half hour. Overall however we were satisfied and would recommend it.

Pranzo dopo una seduta di rafting. Buoni antipasti Toscani a base di formaggio e crostini Toscani: quattro tipi, uno a testa. Come piatto principale io ho preso delle ottime tagliatelle con ragù bianco, burrata e pistacchio: inizialmente sembrava un'accoppiata strana, ma alla fine mi sono molto piaciute. Per concludere una mini cheesecake al pistacchio e poi un caffè. Pagando anche per il nostro festeggiato sposo abbiamo pagato 30€ a testa, non moltissimo! Un po' lento il servizio tra l'antipasto e la portata principale dove è ballata una mezz'ora buona. In generale comunque siamo rimasti soddisfatti e lo consiglieremmo.

I stopped for a lunch break, I chose the tourist menu and it was a success... The place is nice and functional with a veranda where I had lunch, the house wine was also excellent. The place has adjacent parking...

Sono certa che non si mangi male , tutt’altro.
Penso invece di aver sbagliato le scelte .
La polenta fritta con ragù davvero notevole e piatto fin troppo generoso .
Il galletto aveva un cattivo sapore , niente da fare .
I tortelli buoni , ma se ne mangiano molto più buoni da quelle parti ..
vino sfuso intoccabile .
Magari in futuro saremo più fortunati , il locale era pieno e tutti mangiavano con felici …
