The hotel is strategically located just steps from the lake and close to the city center. The staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is exceptional. I highly recommend it.

It's by far my favorite hotel in Salò. The location, the truly attentive and friendly service, the facilities, the aesthetics, and the breakfast buffet: everything is perfect. This is already our third time here. Even with children, there's no problem. The only downside: unfortunately, checkout is already at 10:00. Thank you!!!

Good breakfast. Friendly service. On the third floor, the water pressure is sometimes so low that only a weak trickle comes out of the shower, and sometimes it stops completely.

The hotel is located 2 minutes from the promenade, close to restaurants, cafes, clean rooms, large shower, very nicely decorated, very nice service, tasty breakfasts, I recommend 100%

Pros: Hotel very close to the lake with a discounted parking 100 meters away (after the roundabout, multi-storey on the left). Excellent location, very clean room, very varied breakfast, very kind owners. Cons: room 101 very very small, definitely for disabled people (no bidet, shower with curtain without tub or step, panic bar on the bathroom door, etc.), practically in front of the elevator (so relatively noisy for guests going up and down at night). The window overlooks the street side, very quiet when closed but without a view of the lake. No wardrobe, there were only 6 hangers above the shelf where the kettle was, hanging clothes ended up on top of the kettle, so we kept our clothes in the suitcase. Very inconvenient if staying more than 2/3 days. Surely looking at the photos of the other reviews the other rooms are really large (with shower, bidet, wardrobe, etc.). The idea is that, having booked with Lastminute.com, we were given the "cheapest" room in the entire structure. Too bad because then everything else was perfect, but the room definitely not.

Unfortunately, we didn't really like it here. The rooms were very small... I had to put my suitcase open under the bed... not very comfortable if you want to spend a long time there... There is no wardrobe and no storage space... unfortunately, none in the bathroom either... Power outlets don't work... Very noisy as it's right next to the street... Breakfast was manageable, juices and water not chilled... Terrace next to the street and only 2 parasols... Parking garage nearby costs 14 euros a day... Only Italian TV channels... No one speaks German even though it was advertised... Perhaps they should turn it into a dog hotel... There were plenty... Never 4 stars... Sorry

Great location at the entrance to town. The lake is just a 2-minute walk away.

Hotel located at the gateway to the old town. Spacious, very bright room with a modern bathroom. Very friendly owner who speaks French.

Good location, on street and private parking available. Elevated position gives nice views of the lake from the balcony.
